Claims (5)
- アッパケースとロアケースとからなるケース内に多数のセルが収容され、かつ車体フロアの下面側に取り付けられる電気自動車の駆動用バッテリパックにおいて、
上記アッパケースおよび上記ロアケースは、各々金属製ダイキャストにて構成され、周縁の接合フランジ面が互いに突き合わされるとともに、互いにボルト結合されており、
上記ロアケースの車幅方向の両側部の各々に、テーパ状の先端部を有するロケートピンが上方へ突出するように設けられており、
上記アッパケースは、このロケートピンに対応するロケート孔が開口形成された取付フランジを備え、
上記ロケートピンおよび上記ロケート孔の嵌合によって上記ロアケースと上記アッパケースとが互いに位置決めされるとともに、上記ロケート孔を貫通したロケートピンが上記取付フランジから上方へ突出し、車体側のロケート孔にそれぞれ嵌合して、車体に対してバッテリパックが位置決めされるように構成されており、
上記ロケートピンとして、上記ロアケースの一方の側部に第1ロケートピンが、他方の側部に第2ロケートピンが、それぞれ設けられており、上記第1ロケートピンは円錐形の先端部を有し、上記第2ロケートピンは円錐形の周面の一部を平行な2平面で切り落とした形状の先端部を有し、車体側には、各々の先端部形状に対応したロケート孔が各々設けられる、
電気自動車の駆動用バッテリパック。 - 上記接合フランジ面を基準とした高さとして、上記第1ロケートピンが上記第2ロケートピンよりも高い、請求項1に記載の電気自動車の駆動用バッテリパック。
- 上記第1,第2ロケートピンは、先端側のテーパ部と、このテーパ部の傾斜面に連続しかつ中心軸線と平行な面からなる直線部と、を備え、上記直線部が上記アッパケースのロケート孔ならびに上記車体側のロケート孔に嵌合する、請求項1または2に記載の電気自動車の駆動用バッテリパック。
- 上記第2ロケートピンの先端部における平行な2平面は、上記第1ロケートピンの円錐形の中心を中心とした円の接線をなす、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電気自動車の駆動用バッテリパック。
- 上記第2ロケートピンは、円筒面からなる円柱部を基部に有し、該円柱部が上記アッパケースのロケート孔に嵌合し、
該アッパケースのロケート孔から突出する部分は、上記円筒面を延長してなる第2の円筒面と、この第2の円筒面に連続する円錐面と、これら第2の円筒面および円錐面の一部を切り取るように軸方向に延びた上記の平行な2平面と、から構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電気自動車の駆動用バッテリパック。
