Description
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つのラジアル滑り軸受(5)によって回転自在に取り付けられたシャフト(4)を備えた過給装置(1)であって、
前記シャフト(4)は、シャフト支持領域(7)において滑り軸受(5)に取り付けられ、
流体の導入および/または排出を行うための少なくとも1つの流通開口部(9)が、前記シャフト支持領域(7)に設けられ、
前記シャフト支持領域(7)において、前記シャフト(4)は、円周方向(11)に延びるとともに内方側部分(12)と軸方向に境界で接する2つの外方側部分(10)を有し、
前記外方側部分(10)のうち少なくとも一方は、その表面に、少なくとも1つのマイクロストラクチャ(16)を備え、
前記マイクロストラクチャ(16)の深さ(22)が、ストラクチャラインに(17)沿って非対称になっており、前記ストラクチャライン(17)は、シャフト(4)の軸方向(8)に平行に延びる軸方向成分と、シャフト(4)の円周方向(11)に沿って延びる円周方向成分とを有し、
前記マイクロストラクチャ(16)の最大深さ(21)は、前記ストラクチャライン(17)に沿って内方側にずれて形成されていることを特徴とする過給装置。 - 請求項1に記載の過給装置であって、
マイクロストラクチャ(16)は、細長い形状をしており、マイクロストラクチャ(16)の長さ(18)は、ストラクチャライン(17)と平行に延びていることを特徴とする過給装置。 - 請求項2に記載の過給装置であって、
前記長さ(18)と、前記長さ(18)と交差するように延びている前記マイクロストラクチャ(16)の幅(19)との比が、2:1と3:1との間にあることを特徴とする過給装置。 - 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載の過給装置であって、
前記外方側部分(10)のうち一方における少なくとも2つのマイクロストラクチャ(16)は、前記ストラクチャライン(17)上に、これらの長手方向端部同士が隣接するように配置されていることを特徴とする過給装置。 - 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1項に記載の過給装置であって、
前記外方側部分(10)のうち少なくとも一方は、等間隔で並んでいる2つのストラクチャライン(17)を有していることを特徴とする過給装置。 - 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項に記載の過給装置であって、
前記内方側部分(12)は、前記外方側部分(10)のうち一方における前記ストラクチャライン(17)のうち1つの上に配置されている少なくとも1つのマイクロストラクチャ(16)を備えていることを特徴とする過給装置。 - 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか1項に記載の過給装置であって、
前記外方側部分(10)のうちの前記一方におけるストラクチャライン(17)は、他方の外方側部分(10)におけるストラクチャライン(17)が有する軸方向成分とは異なる、前記軸方向成分と反対方向の軸方向成分を有していることを特徴とする過給装置。 - 請求項4〜7のうちいずれか1項に記載の過給装置であって、
前記ストラクチャライン(17)に沿って隣接するマイクロストラクチャ(16)の深さ(22)は、内方側から外方側に向かって小さくなることを特徴とする過給装置。 - 請求項1〜8のうちいずれか1項に記載の過給装置であって、
前記マイクロストラクチャ(16)は、湾曲状、矩形状、台形状、または楕円状を有していることを特徴とする過給装置。 - 請求項1〜9のうちいずれか1項に記載の過給装置であって、
前記マイクロストラクチャ(16)の縁端部(24)が、斜面(25’)、丸み付け、(25”)、または面取り(25’’’)を有していることを特徴とする過給装置。 - 請求項1〜10のうちいずれか1項に記載の過給装置であって、
前記滑り軸受(5)は、前記流通開口部(9)と連通可能に接続された環状溝(14)を備えているとともに、前記環状溝(14)は、前記内方側部分(12)に対応する領域において円周方向(11)に延びていることを特徴とする過給装置。 - 請求項1〜11のうちいずれか1項に記載の過給装置用のシャフト(4)。
