Claims (9)
- モータの回転軸或いはモータに駆動される機械の回転軸の回転角度を検出する、台座を備える回転角度検出器であって、
前記回転軸に取り付けられて回転し、外周部に被検出部を備える回転体と、
前記回転軸の軸線に直交する直線上に設置され、前記被検出部に対向する検出体と、
中央部に前記回転軸を挿通する開口部を備え、前記検出体を取り付ける台座とを備え、
前記台座は、前記検出体を取り付ける凹部を備え、この凹部の周囲が、前記回転軸から遠い側の前記検出体の端面を突き当てる突き当て面として形成され、
前記突き当て面の前記回転軸の軸線からの距離が、前記台座の周方向に沿って変化するように形成されていることを特徴とする回転角度検出器。 - 前記突き当て面の、周方向に沿って変化する前記回転軸の軸線からの距離が段階的に変化するように、前記突き当て面は複数の突き当て面から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転角度検出器。
- 前記複数の突き当て面が同一半径の円周面であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転角度検出器。
- 前記複数の突き当て面が、前記回転軸の軸線に直交する直線に対して直交する平坦面であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転角度検出器。
- 前記検出体の前記回転軸から遠い側の前記検出体の端面の形状が、前記複数の突き当て面に隙間なく取り付けられる形状である請求項3又は4に記載の回転角度検出器。
- 前記台座は、前記回転軸に対して裏返して取り付けることが可能であり、前記台座の裏面側には、前記台座の表側に形成された前記突き当て面とは異なる形状の突き当て面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の回転角度検出器。
- 前記開口部は、内径が前記回転軸の外径よりも大きい円孔であることを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の回転角度検出器。
- 前記開口部は、内径が前記回転軸の外径よりも大きい半円部と、前記半円部に連続し、前記半円の直径と同じ幅で前記台座の外周部まで切り欠かれた切欠部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の回転角度検出器。
- 請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の回転角度検出器を備える回転機械。
