Claims (1)
- 磁気スケールの表面に磁化パターンを形成し、
前記磁気スケールと所定間隙を隔てて、磁気感応
素子をホルダーに保持して対向配設してなる磁気
感応素子保持用ホルダー構造において、前記ホル
ダーには、前記磁気感応素子の下面に当接して位
置決めを行う底部支え部と、前記磁気感応素子の
両側端面にそれぞれ弾接して位置決めを行う１対
の弾性支え片と、前記磁化パターン面と平行で前
記弾性支え片と略直交する固着面とを有すること
を特徴とする磁気感応素子保持用ホルダー構造。
