Claims (3)
- 回転電機と、
前記回転電機に電流を供給するインバータと、
前記インバータを制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記回転電機の周辺部位において電食が発生するか否かを判定し、前記電食が発生すると判定されない場合は前記インバータの制御モードを第1モードとし、前記電食が発生すると判定された場合は前記回転電機の出力をユーザ要求出力に維持しつつ前記第1モードよりも前記電食の発生を抑制するための第2モードに前記インバータの制御モードを切り替え、
前記制御部は、パルス幅変調制御によって前記インバータを制御し、
前記第2モードは、前記回転電機の出力を前記ユーザ要求出力に維持しつつ、前記パルス幅変調制御に用いられるキャリア信号の周波数を前記第1モードよりも前記電食の発生を抑制可能な周波数に変更するモードであり、
前記第2モードは、前記回転電機のトルクが所定値よりも高い高トルク領域および前記回転電機の回転速度が所定値よりも高い高回転速度領域の少なくとも一方の領域において、前記キャリア信号の周波数を前記第1モードよりも高くするモードである、車両。 - 前記制御部は、前記回転電機の運転状態に基づいて前記周辺部位の前記電食に対する耐性強度を示すストレングスおよび前記周辺部位に掛かる電気的な負荷を示すストレスをそれぞれ推定し、推定された前記ストレングスおよび前記ストレスに基づいて前記電食が発生するか否かを判定する、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記車両は、走行用モータおよび回生用ジェネレータを備えたハイブリッド自動車であり、
前記回転電機は、前記走行用モータおよび前記回生用ジェネレータの少なくとも一方である、請求項1または2に記載の車両。
