Abstract

"MéTODO DE PROTEçãO CONTRA QUEBRA DO FILME DE óLEO LUBRIFICANTE NOS MANCAIS DE COMPRESSORES HERMéTICOS". O sistema compreende um compressor, um motor elétrico associado ao compressor, um circuito de controle microprocessado que mede o nível de oscilação de rotação durante uma volta mecânica do compressor ou o torque presente no eixo do compressor. Os valores medidos são comparados com valores predeterminados para verificar se o compressor está operando em condições de pressão que poderiam, dependendo da rotação, ocasionar a quebra do filme de óleo nos mancais e conseqüentemente levar ao desgaste dessas partes mecânicas. Se os valores medidos pelo microprocessador forem superiores aos valores predeterminados, a rotação do compressor é elevada em uma taxa predeterminada garantindo a permanência do filme de óleo.
