Claims (3)
- 複数の変速ギヤ対(G)を相互に切り換えることで動力源(P)の回転数を所定の変速比で出力する主変速機(TM1)と、該主変速機(TM1)の下流側に配設されると共に、前記主変速機(TM1)の出力を2段階に変速する副変速機(TM2)とを有し、手動操作によって前記副変速機(TM2)の切り換えを行うようにし、前記主変速機(TM1)の変速段を検知する主変速段検知手段(139)および前記副変速機(TM2)の変速段を検知する副変速段検知手段(110,111)を備えた車両の変速機(TM)において、
前記主変速機(TM1)は、車両のスロットル開度(Th)および車速(V)に応じた変速マップ(M1,M2)に沿った変速タイミングで変速動作が行われる自動変速機であり、
前記副変速機(TM2)は、ドライブ位置(D)と該ドライブ位置(D)より減速比の大きいロー位置(L)側との間を切り換えるように構成されており、
前記変速マップ(M1,M2)は、前記副変速機(TM2)のドライブ位置(D)に対応する第1変速マップ(M1)と、前記ロー位置(L)に対応する第2変速マップ(M2)からなり、
前記副変速段検知手段(110,111)の検知信号に応じて、前記第1変速マップ(M1)および第2変速マップ(M2)を相互に切り替えるマップ切替手段(203)を具備し、
前記第1変速マップ(M1)および第2変速マップ(M2)の相互切り換えは、前記副変速機(TM2)の切り換えが完了してから所定時間(T)の経過後に実行されることを特徴とする車両の変速機。 - 前記第1変速マップ(M1)および第2変速マップ(M2)は、それぞれ、シフトアップ時の変速タイミングを規定するシフトアップ境界線(U1−2,U2−3,U3−4,U4−5)と、シフトダウン時の変速タイミングを規定するシフトダウン境界線(D5−4,D4−3,D3−2,D2−1)とからなり、
前記シフトアップ境界線(U1−2,U2−3,U3−4,U4−5)およびシフトダウン境界線(D5−4,D4−3,D3−2,D2−1)は、前記第1変速マップ(M1)のものに比して、前記第2変速マップ(M2)のものの方が低車速側に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の変速機。 - 前記主変速機(TM1)は、第1クラッチ(CL1)および第2クラッチ(CL2)を相互に持ち替えることで隣り合う変速ギヤ段間を切り換えるツインクラッチ(TCL)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両の変速機。
