Description

・第1切削部5の工具外径(直径):φ16mm
・第2切削部6の工具外径(直径):φ12mm
・第1切削部5と第2切削部6の軸方向寸法(=加工する溝幅):4mm
・第1切削部5と第2切削部6間の距離(=加工溝間に切り残される凸部の厚み):2.5mm
・図3の工具のねじれ角:30°
この試験の結果を表1にまとめる。
切込みが極端に大きい条件ではそのダレが生じているが、製品の崩れ(欠け)や磁気探傷による亀裂は、どちらの工具を用いた場合にも発生していない。

Claims (3)
- 切削工具を回転させながら定位置に保持された粉末成形体のワークに切り込ませ、その
ワークの内周又は外周に複数設ける環状溝の互いに近接した肉除去部を、同一切削工具に前記肉除去部と同数設けられた切削部で同時に加工する粉末成形体の切削加工方法。 - 上記の加工を、各切削部が直刃の切れ刃を備える切削工具を用いて行う請求項1に記載の粉末成形体の切削加工方法。
- 上記の加工を、各切削部が直刃の切れ刃の位相が揃った切削工具を用いて行う請求項2に記載の粉末成形体の切削加工方法。
