Claims (7)
- 回転トルクを伝達するために2つの機能領域(103,108)を有する構成部分(102)を備え、前記機能領域の一方(108)が回転軸線に沿った長手方向歯(108)であり、前記機能領域の他方(103)が球走行トラック(103)であるトルク伝達装置において、
前記構成部分(102)は、その全体が、縁部硬度を有する領域と、該縁部硬度を有する領域の内部に位置する、前記縁部硬度よりも小さいが表面硬化処理前の構成部分(102)の基本硬さよりは大きな核硬度を有する領域とを備えるように表面硬化されており、
前記長手方向歯(108)は、前記縁部硬度を有する領域が除去されて残った核硬度を有する領域に、形成されていることを特徴とする、トルク伝達装置。 - 前記長手方向歯(108)は、前記縁部硬度を有する領域が切削加工で除去されて残った核硬度を有する領域に、形成されている、請求項1記載のトルク伝達装置。
- 前記表面硬化は、浸炭硬化である、請求項1又は2記載のトルク伝達装置。
- 外側領域に一体成形された球走行トラック(103)を有するジョイント内部分(102)と、内側領域に一体成形された球走行トラック(105)を有するジョイント外部分(104)と、ジョイント内部分(102)の球走行トラック(103)及びジョイント外部分(104)の球走行トラック(105)間に設けられ、これらのジョイント内部分(102)及びジョイント外部分(104)間でトルクを伝達する球(106)と、を備え、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の構成部分(102)が、前記ジョイント内部分(102)である、等速固定ジョイント(101)であって、
前記ジョイント内部分(102)がトルク伝達のための2つの機能領域(103,108)を有し、該機能領域の一方(103)がジョイント内部分(102)の球走行トラック(103)であり、前記機能領域の他方(108)が、ジョイント内部分(102)に回転軸線に沿って形成された長手方向歯(108)であり、該長手方向歯がジョイント内部分(102)の球走行トラック(103)よりも小さい硬さを有していることを特徴とする、等速固定ジョイント。 - 回転トルクを伝達するために2つの機能領域(103,108)を有する構成部分(102)であって、前記機能領域の一方(108)が長手方向歯として構成され、前記機能領域の他方(103)が球走行トラック(103)として構成されている構成部分(102)を製造する方法において、
表面硬化処理前の構成部分(102)は、基本硬さを有しており、
構成部分全体を表面硬化し、これにより縁部硬度を有する領域と、該縁部硬度を有する領域の内部に位置する核硬度を有する領域と、がもたされ、前記核硬度は前記縁部硬度よりも小さいが、前記基本硬さよりは大きく、
次いで前記構成部分の、長手方向歯を形成しようとする領域において、前記縁部硬度を有する領域を除去し、
次いで長手方向歯を、前記縁部硬度を有する領域が除去されて残った核硬度を有する領域に、切削加工によって形成し、長手方向歯は、前記球走行トラック(103)よりも低い硬度を有していることを特徴とする、回転トルクを伝達するために2つの機能領域を有する構成部分を製造するための方法。 - 前記構成部分(102)は、前記表面硬化の後でかつ長手方向歯(108)が形成される前に、冷却及び焼戻しされている、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記長手方向歯を、ブローチ削り、立て削り又はフライス削りによって形成する、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
