Description
規則的メッシュで作製された電極リード線領域を有する導電層が提供される。
本発明によるタッチパネルは、図1及び図2に示す金属メッシュ導電層を有する。タッチパネルの組成は、GFFモードであり、すなわち、タッチパネルは、上述の構造部を有する2つの金属メッシュ導電層を有し、OCAが2つの層の間に配置される。

Claims (7)
- 金属メッシュ導電層であって、
基板材料と、
前記基板材料上に位置するポリマー材料層を備え、
前記ポリマー材料層は、前記ポリマー材料層の前記基板材料から離れた側にメッシュを形成するトレンチを有し、前記ポリマー材料層は、前記トレンチに充填された金属で作製されたメッシュを有する透明電極領域と、前記トレンチに充填された金属を含有する導電材料で作製されたメッシュを有する電極リード線領域とを備え、
前記電極リード線領域は、前記透明電極領域に電気的に接続され、
前記透明電極領域の前記メッシュのメッシュ密度は、前記電極リード線領域の前記メッシュのメッシュ密度よりも小さく、
前記導電層は位置合わせマークを有し、前記位置合わせマークは、金属で作製されたメッシュを有し、80%未満の透過率を有することを特徴とする金属メッシュ導電層。 - 前記電極リード線領域の前記メッシュは、正多角形メッシュであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属メッシュ導電層。
- 前記透明電極領域の前記メッシュは、ランダムな不規則メッシュであり、前記透明電極領域の前記メッシュは、そのグリッド線で構成され、前記透明電極領域の前記グリッド線は、各々の角度方向において均等に分布されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の金属メッシュ導電層。
- 前記不規則メッシュは不規則多角形で構成され、前記メッシュのグリッド線は直線セグメントであり、前記グリッド線と直角水平方向Xとにより形成される角度θは均等に分布し、5°を区間として用いて、前記不規則メッシュの各々についての角度θを計算し、前記セグメントが前記区間の各々の範囲内に入る確率piを計算し、これにより0°−180°の範囲内の36個の角度区間におけるp1、p2...及びp36が得られ、piは、標準偏差が算術平均の20%を下回るという条件を満たすことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の透明導電膜。
- 前記電極リード線領域の前記メッシュの相対透過率は80%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の金属メッシュ導電層。
- 前記トレンチは、略矩形の断面を有し、前記トレンチの深さ対幅の比の値は、0.8を上回り、前記トレンチの前記幅は、10μm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の金属メッシュ導電層。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの金属メッシュ導電層を含むことを特徴とするタッチパネル。
