Claims (17)
- 厚み1〜100μmであり、側面に凸曲面部を有するガラスリボンからなることを特徴とするシール材。
- ガラスリボンの両面が、火造り面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール材。
- ガラスリボンの偏肉が、その厚みの20%以内であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシール材。
- ガラスリボンの厚みに対する幅のアスペクト比が、25〜2000であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のシール材。
- 遷移元素を含有するガラスリボンからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のシール材。
- ガラスリボンの表面は、成膜処理されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のシール材。
- 被接着物の所定箇所に、厚み1〜100μmであり、側面に凸曲面部を有するガラスリボンからなるシール材を配置した後、シール材を加熱することによって、被接着物とシール材を接着することを特徴とするシール方法。
- 被接着物とシール材の接触面を加熱することによって、被接着物とシール材を接着することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシール方法。
- 被接着物とシール材の接触面の一部を加熱することによって、被接着物とシール材を接着することを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載のシール方法。
- 被接着物が、ガラス基板であることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載のシール方法。
- ガラス基板の厚みが、10〜200μmであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のシール方法。
- ガラス基板の両面が、火造り面であることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載のシール方法。
- ガラスリボンが、遷移元素を含有することを特徴とする請求項7〜12のいずれかに記載のシール方法。
- ガラスリボン中の遷移元素又は遷移元素のイオンが吸収する波長の光を照射することによってシール材を加熱することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシール方法。
- ガラスリボンの表面は、成膜処理されていることを特徴とする請求項7〜14のいずれかに記載のシール方法。
- ガラスリボンの表面に成膜された膜が吸収する波長の光を照射することによってシール材表面を加熱することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のシール方法。
- レーザーによってシール材を加熱することを特徴とする請求項7〜16のいずれかに記載のシール方法。
