Claims (3)
- 梁勝ち梁部材の端部の上面及び下面から柱部材が垂直に立設して接合されており、梁勝ち梁部材の端部の少なくとも一方の側面から横方向梁部材が垂直に延設して接合されており、且つ梁勝ち梁部材の端部の端面から継足し梁部材が直線状に延設して接合されている、梁勝ち接合部における柱梁接合構造であって、
前記梁勝ち梁部材の端部に形成された、当該端部を上下方向に貫通するパイプ嵌込み孔と、該パイプ嵌込み孔に埋め込まれた、ボルト挿入孔及びボルト螺着孔を周面に備えるジョイントパイプと、該ジョイントパイプの前記ボルト挿入孔に挿通された状態で前記梁勝ち梁部材の端部を横方向に貫通して設けられた長ボルト部材を用いて、前記梁勝ち梁部材の端部の側面に締着固定された側面接合金物と、前記ジョイントパイプの前記ボルト螺着孔に先端雄ネジ部が螺着されるボルト部材を用いて、前記梁勝ち梁部材の端部の端面に締着固定された端面接合金物と、前記ジョイントパイプの開口端面を介して前記ジョイントパイプに挿入装着されて、先端側部分が前記梁勝ち梁部材の端部の上面及び下面から突出した状態で固定された上下一対の柱接合棒状金物とを含んで構成され、
前記側面接合金物に、前記横方向梁部材の端面に形成された接合溝を嵌め込んで、ドリフトピンを用いて前記横方向梁部材が前記梁勝ち梁部材の端部の側面に接合固定されており、前記端面接合金物に、前記継足し梁部材の端面に形成された接合溝を嵌め込んで、ドリフトピンを用いて前記継足し梁部材が前記梁勝ち梁部材の端部の端面に接合固定されており、前記柱接合棒状金物の先端側部分に、前記柱部材の端面に形成された嵌合孔を嵌め込んで、ドリフトピンを用いて前記柱部材が前記梁勝ち梁部材の端部の上面及び下面に接合固定されており、
前記ジョイントパイプは、前記開口端面を前記梁勝ち梁部材の端部の上面及び下面と面一に配置した状態で、前記パイプ嵌込み孔に埋め込まれており、
前記柱接合棒状金物の前記ジョイントパイプに挿入装着された部分には、前記ジョイントパイプの前記ボルト挿入孔や前記ボルト螺着孔と合致する位置に、重ね合せボルト挿入孔が設けられており、前記側面接合金物や前記端面接合金物を前記梁勝ち梁部材の端部に接合固定する前記長ボルト部材や前記ボルト部材を用いて、前記柱接合棒状金物が、先端側部分を前記梁勝ち梁部材の端部の上面及び下面から突出させた状態で前記ジョイントパイプに固定されている梁勝ち接合部における柱梁接合構造。 - 前記側面接合金物及び前記端面接合金物が、略コの字断面形状を有するように加工されたプレート状の接合金物である請求項1記載の梁勝ち接合部における柱梁接合構造。
- 前記ボルト挿入孔と前記ボルト螺着孔とが、前記ジョイントパイプの軸方向の位置をずらして前記ジョイントパイプの周面に形成されている請求項1又は2記載の梁勝ち接合部における柱梁接合構造。
