Claims (5)
- 外周にフランジ部が形成された第1管体に、第2管体を接続するためのコネクタであって、
筒状に形成され、その一端が前記第2管体を接続するための接続部をなすと共に、他端が前記第1管体の挿入部をなし、この挿入部側の周壁に一対のスリットが設けられたハウジングと、
前記スリットに挿入される一対のアームを有する門形をなすと共に、各アームの内側に係合部が突設され、該係合部が前記スリットから前記ハウジングの挿入部内周に突出し、前記第1管体のフランジ部に係合して抜け止めするリテーナとを備え、
前記スリットの第1管体引き抜き方向側の内周面と、前記アームの第1管体引き抜き方向側の外側面との間には、前記挿入部から前記第1管体を引き抜く力が作用したときに、一対のアームを互いに近づく方向に付勢する斜面当接部が形成されており、
前記斜面当接部は、前記スリットの第1管体引き抜き方向側の内周面及び前記アームの第1管体引き抜き方向側の外側面の、いずれか一方に形成された溝部と、いずれか他方に形成されたリブとからなり、前記溝部及び前記リブの少なくとも一方がテーパ状に形成されていることを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記斜面当接部は、前記スリットの第1管体引き抜き方向側の内周面に形成された溝部と、前記アームの第1管体引き抜き方向側の外側面に形成されたリブとからなり、前記溝部及び前記リブの少なくとも一方がテーパ状に形成されている請求項1記載のコネクタ。
- 前記斜面当接部は、前記スリットの第1管体引き抜き方向側の内周面に形成されたテーパ状の溝部と、前記アームの第1管体引き抜き方向側の外側面に形成されたテーパ状のリブとからなる請求項2記載のコネクタ。
- 前記スリットの周方向端部の内周面は、前記ハウジングの挿入部側から接続部側に向けて次第に低くなるように傾斜すると共に、同ハウジングの挿入部の内側から外径方向に向けて次第に低くなるように傾斜した形状をなしている請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のコネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングの、一対のスリット間の周壁外周には、前記リテーナを前記ハウジングに向けて押し付けたときに、同リテーナを前記ハウジングの接続部側へ移動させる傾斜突部が設けられている請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のコネクタ。
