Description
ここに示した突き当て端子100は、下記特許文献1に開示されたもので、端子本体110と、突き当て板部120と、ばね部130と、を備えている。
(1)コネクタハウジングの端子収容孔に保持される端子本体と、
相手の突き当て端子との接続のために前記端子本体の先端に突出して配置される突き当て板部と、
前記突き当て板の両側縁に設けられ、前記突き当て板部を相手の突き当て端子との突き当てにより弾性変位可能に前記端子本体に支承する一対の波板状のばね部と、を備える突き当て端子であって、
前記ばね部は、前記波板状の山部及び谷部となる折れ曲がり板部の横断面積を、隣接する前記折れ曲がり板部間を略直線状に繋ぐ直線板部の横断面積よりも大きく設定して、前記折れ曲がり板部の曲げ剛性を前記直線板部の曲げ剛性よりも大きくされ、
更に、一対の前記波板状のばね部の前記折れ曲がり板部の曲がる向きが、前記突き当て板部の両側縁で互いに逆向きであることを特徴とする突き当て端子。
前記突き当て板部の両側縁のばね部と前記突き当て板部とは、前記突き当て板部の両側縁からそれぞれのばね部が延出する平面状の展開形状に打ち抜き成形された後、前記突き当て板部の両側に折り曲げ加工を施すことによって、一対の前記ばね部が前記突き当て板部の両側縁から前記突き当て方向に沿って延出する形状に一体成形されることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の突き当て端子。

Claims (3)
- コネクタハウジングの端子収容孔に保持される端子本体と、
相手の突き当て端子との接続のために前記端子本体の先端に突出して配置される突き当て板部と、
前記突き当て板の両側縁に設けられ、前記突き当て板部を相手の突き当て端子との突き当てにより弾性変位可能に前記端子本体に支承する一対の波板状のばね部と、を備える突き当て端子であって、
前記ばね部は、前記波板状の山部及び谷部となる折れ曲がり板部の横断面積を、隣接する前記折れ曲がり板部間を略直線状に繋ぐ直線板部の横断面積よりも大きく設定して、前記折れ曲がり板部の曲げ剛性を前記直線板部の曲げ剛性よりも大きくされ、
更に、一対の前記波板状のばね部の前記折れ曲がり板部の曲がる向きが、前記突き当て板部の両側縁で互いに逆向きであることを特徴とする突き当て端子。 - 前記ばね部は、前記突き当て板部の側縁から端子相互の突き当て方向に沿って延出するように、前記突き当て板部の両側縁にそれぞれ設けられ、
前記突き当て板部の両側縁のばね部と前記突き当て板部とは、前記突き当て板部の両側縁からそれぞれのばね部が延出する平面状の展開形状に打ち抜き成形された後、前記突き当て板部の両側に折り曲げ加工を施すことによって、一対の前記ばね部が前記突き当て板部の両側縁から前記突き当て方向に沿って延出する形状に一体成形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の突き当て端子。 - 前記ばね部における折れ曲がり板部と直線板部とは、金属板から打ち抜く際の幅寸法を相異させることで、横断面積を相異させていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の突き当て端子。
