Claims (10)
- 強化ガラス物品であって、0.2−0.5mmの厚さtを有し、以下を含む:
a. 外側領域であって、該外側領域が、前記物品の表面から少なくとも30μmの該物品内の層の深さDOLまで伸長し、該外側領域が少なくとも600MPaの圧縮応力CS下にある;および
b. 内側領域であって、該内側領域が中央張力CT下にあり、−15.7(MPa/mm)・t(mm)+52.5(MPa)<CT(MPa)≦−38.7(MPa/mm)・ln(t)(mm)+48.2(MPa)である、
および、前記強化ガラス物品は、前記強化ガラス物品を破壊するのに十分な点衝突を受ける場合に実質的に脆弱性を有さず、
前記強化ガラス物品がアルカリアルミノシリケートガラスを含み、
前記外側領域が、イオン交換により強化される、
ことを特徴とする強化ガラス物品。 - 前記強化ガラス物品は、該強化ガラス物品を破壊するのに十分な点衝突を受ける場合に、3未満の脆弱性インデックスを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の強化ガラス物品。
- 前記アルカリアルミノシリケートガラスは、以下を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の強化ガラス物品:
60-70 mol% SiO2;6-14mol% Al2O3;0-15mol% B2O3;0-15mol% Li2O;0-20mol% Na2O;0-10mol% K2O;0-8mol% MgO;0-10mol% CaO;0-5mol% ZrO2;0-1mol% SnO2;0-1mol% CeO2;50ppm未満のAs2O3;および50ppm未満のSb2O3;ここで、12mol%≦Li2O + Na2O + K2O≦20mol%および0mo%≦MgO + CaO≦10mol%。 - 前記アルカリアルミノシリケートガラスは、以下を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の強化ガラス物品:
5-50 wt% SiO2;2-20wt% Al2O3;0-15wt% B2O3;1-20wt% Na2O;0-10wt% Li2O;0-10wt% K2O;および0-5wt% (MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO);0-3wt% (SrO+BaO);および0-5wt% (ZrO2+TiO2)、ここで、0≦(LiO2+K2O)/Na2O≦0.5。 - 前記アルカリアルミノシリケートガラスが、少なくとも130キロポアズ(13キロPa・秒)の液体粘性を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の強化ガラス物品。
- 前記アルカリアルミノシリケートガラスが、実質的にリチウムを含まないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の強化ガラス物品。
- 前記強化ガラス物品が、携帯用電子装置、インフォメーションターミナル装置、およびコンピュータのためのディスプレイのいずれかのためのカバープレートまたはウィンドウであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の強化ガラス物品。
- CT=(CS・DOL)/(t−2DOL)であり、CSがMPaで示されDOLがmmで示されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の強化ガラス物品。
- 前記アルカリアルミノシリケートガラスが、4-6mol% MgOを含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の強化ガラス物品。
- 厚さtが0.5mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の強化ガラス物品。
