Claims (4)
- 走査対象物体の周りに配された複数のカメラを有し、上記物体は非構造光により照射され、かつ上記物体は織り目表面により覆われており、
少なくとも2つのカメラがカメラ対をなし、相互に近接して、かつ垂直方向および水平方向にずれて配置され、
カメラ対は各々単一のサポートに実装され、
上記サポートは印刷配線ボードを含み、
上記カメラ対をなす各カメラは感光パネルを有し、当該各カメラの感光パネルは、当該感光パネルの各々において測定対象の目標三次元位置に対応するマッチ点を特定して両眼三角測量法により当該目標三次元位置の座標を決定するものであり、
上記感光パネルは、実質的に相互に平行になるように、上記印刷配線ボードに固定的に取り付けられているスキャナ。 - 上記感光パネルは平行の配置からのずれを補償するように較正される請求項1記載のスキャナ。
- 上記カメラ対は、少なくとも2つのカメラ対の視野が相互に重なるように配置される請求項1記載のスキャナ。
- 上記カメラ対をなす各カメラは15.2cm(6インチ)から35.6cm(14インチ)の固定焦点を有して上記各カメラは単一色の織り目表面を走査して、対象物体を表す点の三次元座標を両眼三角測量法により生成するようになす請求項1記載のスキャナ。
