Description
Claims (8)
- 車体補強部材の周辺に設置される車載の電子機器のプロテクト構造であって、
側方から力を受けて電子機器が車体補強部材側に移動した際に前記電子機器より先に前記車体補強部材に接触するべく、前記電子機器のうち前記車体補強部材との対向面に取り付けられる保護部材を備え、
前記車体補強部材は、その両端が固定部材に締結されるとともに、その一端の締結解除に要する力が、他端の締結解除に要する力より小さい、
ことを特徴とするプロテクト構造。 - 請求項1に記載のプロテクト構造であって、
前記保護部材は、側方からの力を受けて接触した前記車体補強部材の移動方向をガイドするガイド部を備えることを特徴とするプロテクト構造。 - 請求項2に記載のプロテクト構造であって、
前記ガイド部は、前記車体補強部材との接触位置に設けられた窪み部であって、前記接触に伴い前記一端が締結解除された前記車体補強部材が他端を中心に回動するべく当該車体補強部材をガイドする窪みである、ことを特徴とするプロテクト構造。 - 請求項3に記載のプロテクト構造であって、さらに、
前記回動してきた前記車体補強部材と当接することで、前記車体補強部材の他端を中心とする回動量を規制するストッパが設けられている、ことを特徴とするプロテクト構造。 - 請求項2に記載のプロテクト構造であって、
前記ガイド部は、前記車体補強部材との接触位置に設けられた傾斜面であって、前記接触に伴い前記一端が締結解除された前記車体補強部材の一端が傾斜面に沿って上方に移動するべく当該車体補強部材をガイドする傾斜面である、ことを特徴とするプロテクト構造。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のプロテクト構造であって、
前記車体補強部材の一端は、前記電子機器側の端部が開口された切り欠きに挿通された締結ネジにより固定部材に締結される、ことを特徴とするプロテクト構造。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のプロテクト構造であって、
前記保護部材は、一部が前記対向面に接触し、他の一部が前記対向面から離間した状態で前記電子機器に取り付けられる、ことを特徴とするプロテクト構造。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のプロテクト構造であって、
前記車体補強部材は、エンジンコンパートメント内において、サスタワーとダッシュパネルとを繋ぐ操安ブレスである、ことを特徴とするプロテクト構造。
