Claims (5)
- 缶体材料用金属板に熱硬化型樹脂系接着剤層を介して加熱接着されて保護被覆層を形成する印刷ポリエステルフィルムであって、
該印刷ポリエステルフィルムは、基体ポリエステルフィルムの一方の面に顔料を含む樹脂組成物からなる印刷層が設けられ、該印刷層上に、金属粉末が分散された熱硬化型樹脂系接着剤層が設けられており、
該熱硬化型樹脂系接着剤層は、ポリエステル樹脂とブロック化イソシアネート化合物との混合物に、非ブロック化イソシアネート化合物を、該接着剤層の全量に対して0.1〜5重量%の範囲で含む樹脂組成物からなり、3〜7μmの範囲の厚さを備え、金属粉末として、面方向の大きさが平均15〜50μmの範囲、厚さが0.1〜2μmの範囲の薄片状アルミニウム粉末を、該接着剤層の全量に対して30〜70重量%の範囲で含有する層であることを特徴とする缶体材料被覆用印刷ポリエステルフィルム。 - 前記印刷ポリエステルフィルムの前記接着剤層が設けられている面の反対側に、熱硬化型樹脂からなる硬化オーバーコート層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の缶体材料被覆用印刷ポリエステルフィルム。
- 缶体材料用金属板から形成された缶胴部外面側に対し、一方の面に顔料を含む樹脂組成物からなる印刷層が設けられ、該印刷層上に、金属粉末が分散された熱硬化型樹脂系接着剤層が設けられている缶体材料被覆用ポリエステルフィルムを該接着剤層を介して加熱接着して保護被覆層を形成してなり、
該熱硬化型樹脂系接着剤層は、ポリエステル樹脂とブロック化イソシアネート化合物との混合物に、非ブロック化イソシアネート化合物を、接着剤層の全量に対して0.1〜5重量%の範囲で含む樹脂組成物からなり、3〜7μmの範囲の厚さを備え、金属粉末として、面方向の大きさが平均15〜50μmの範囲、厚さが0.1〜2μmの範囲の薄片状アルミニウム粉末を、該接着剤層の全量に対して30〜70重量%の範囲で含有する層であることを特徴とする缶体材料被覆用印刷ポリエステルフィルム被覆缶体。 - 缶体材料被覆用印刷ポリエステルフィルム被覆缶体が溶接缶体、或は有底円筒状2ピース缶体であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の缶体。
- 基体ポリエステルフィルムの一方の面に顔料を含む樹脂組成物からなる印刷層が形成され、該印刷層上に、金属粉末を含有する熱硬化型樹脂系接着剤層が設けられた缶体材料被覆用印刷ポリエステルフィルムの製造方法であって、
該熱硬化型樹脂系接着剤層は、3〜7μmの範囲の厚さを備え、ポリエステル樹脂とブロックイソシアネート化合物との混合物に、金属粉末として、面方向の大きさが平均15〜50μmの範囲、厚さが0.1〜2μmの範囲の薄片状アルミニウム粉末を、該接着剤層の全量に対して30〜70重量%の範囲となるように添加して第1の樹脂溶液を調製し、第1の樹脂溶液に、非ブロック化イソシアネート化合物を0.1〜5重量%の範囲で添加して第2の樹脂溶液を調製し、第2の樹脂溶液を、印刷層上に塗装し、実質的にブロックイソシアネート化合物の熱硬化反応が進行しない条件で加熱乾燥することにより設けられたものであることを特徴とする缶体材料被覆用印刷ポリエステルフィルムの製造方法。
