Description
Claims (16)
- 液体蒸発流路(8)と、熱媒体液化流路(2)と、少なくとも2つの重ねて配置される循環区域(7)と、を含む凝縮器ブロック(1)を備えた浴凝縮器であって、
蒸発流路がそれぞれ循環区域の下端に少なくとも1つの液体流入口、またそれぞれ循環区域の上端に少なくとも1つの流出口を有し、
前記浴凝縮器は、複数の循環区域(7)の側壁または凝縮器ブロック(1)の循環区域側壁(12)全体を覆う集合器(13)を備え、
集合器(13)が2つの循環区域(7)の境界に沿ってそれぞれ階層(15)に仕切られており、
2つの隣接する階層(15)が液体管路(17、30)を介して液体流れが相互に通じていることによって、1つの循環区域の流出口からその下にある循環区域の流入口へと液体が案内され、
前記液体管路(17、30)によって流れが通じる2つの隣接する階層(15)にそれぞれ属する循環区域の流出口(10)と流入口(9)はすべて凝縮器ブロック(1)の同じ循環区域側壁(12)に配置されていることを特徴とする浴凝縮器。
- 凝縮器ブロック(1)の最大で2つの循環区域側壁(12)が流入口(9)および/または流出口(10)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浴凝縮器。
- 流入口(9)と流出口(10)がすべて凝縮器ブロック(1)の同じ循環区域側壁(12)にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浴凝縮器。
- 流入口(9)および/または流出口(10)と蒸発流路(8)との間の流体接続が水平に延びる通路によって実現されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の浴凝縮器。
- 凝縮器ブロック(1)の流入口(9)および/または流出口(10)のある循環区域側壁(12)に、液体供給管路(22)と気体排出管路(18)とを備えた集合器(13)が取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の浴凝縮器。
- 2つの隣接する階層(15)が気体管路(18)を介して気体流れが相互に通じていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の浴凝縮器。
- 2つの隣接する階層(15)が溢れ管(30)を介して流れが相互に通じていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浴凝縮器。
- 2つの隣接する階層(15)は、平板(16)または折り曲げたトレイに設けられた流下口(17)を介して流れが相互に通じていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浴凝縮器。
- 集合器(13)が平板(16)または折り曲げたトレイによって階層(15)に仕切られることを特徴とする請求項1〜8に記載の浴凝縮器。
- 1つの階層(15)の気体管路(18)への入口がこの階層(15)の蒸発流路(8)の流出口(10)の上方にあることを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の浴凝縮器。
- 集合器(13)が液化流路(2)および蒸発流路(8)に垂直な平面において半円形または半楕円形横断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の浴凝縮器。
- 2つの階層(15)を接続する液体管路(17、30)および/または気体管路(18)が集合器(13)の内部に延びていることを特徴とする請求項6〜11のいずれか1項に記載の浴凝縮器。
- 気体管路(18)の気体入口が蒸発流路(8)の流出口(10)から離れた方の側にあることを特徴とする請求項6〜12のいずれか1項に記載の浴凝縮器。
- 気体管路(18)がすべての階層(15)内を延びていることを特徴とする請求項6〜13のいずれか1項に記載の浴凝縮器。
- 液化流路(2)が凝縮器ブロック(1)の全高にわたって延びていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の浴凝縮器。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の浴凝縮器の、深冷空気分離設備の主凝縮器としての使用。
