Description
本発明の要旨を逸脱することなく、図示の実施の形態に対する多数の進展及び修正が可能である。たとえば、遊星伝動装置は普通遊星歯車の外側の内歯付きの環状歯車を有し、このような構成は、たとえば、出力歯車96、98の代わりに、遊星歯車上のそれぞれの歯付き歯車ヘッドと係合する2つの別個の環状歯車を使用することにより、本発明を具体化した変速機に採用することができる。
Claims (1)
- 無段変速機であって、
変速機入力(60)と、変速機出力(114、150)と、連続可変変動器比で変動器入力(60)と変動器出力との間において駆動力を伝達するようにされた変動器(56)と、クラッチ構成(110、152)を組み込んだ遊星歯車構成と、を有し、
前記遊星歯車構成が、少なくとも1つの遊星歯車(94)を担持すると共に前記変速機入力(60)に結合される遊星キャリヤ(86)と、前記変動器出力に結合される主歯車(90)と、を有し、
前記遊星歯車(94)が、第1の歯付き歯車ヘッド(100)により前記主歯車(90)と噛み合い、
前記遊星キャリヤ(86)が、第1及び第2の出力歯車(96、98)とそれぞれ噛み合う2つの更なる歯付き歯車ヘッド(102、104)を有し、
前記クラッチ構成(110、152)が、選択的に(a)第1の出力歯車(96)を変速機出力(114、150)に結合することにより第1の比レンジを提供するか、又は(b)第2の出力歯車(98)を変速機出力(114、150)に結合することにより第2の比レンジを提供するようにされ、
前記第1及び第2の比レンジの両者がそれぞれ変速機出力(114、150)の前進回転及び後進回転を提供し、
変速機が前記第1の比レンジにある間に、変速機出力を静止状態にさせる第1のギヤ中立変動器比が存在し、
変速機が前記第2の比レンジにある間に、変速機出力を静止状態にさせる第2のギヤ中立変動器比が存在し、
前記第1のギヤ中立変動器比が前記第2のギヤ中立変動器比とは異なることを特徴とする無段変速機。
