Abstract
Description
本発明の要旨を逸脱することなく、図示の実施の形態に対する多数の進展及び修正が可能である。たとえば、遊星伝動装置は普通遊星歯車の外側の内歯付きの環状歯車を有し、このような構成は、たとえば、出力歯車96、98の代わりに、遊星歯車上のそれぞれの歯付き歯車ヘッドと係合する2つの別個の環状歯車を使用することにより、本発明を具体化した変速機に採用することができる。
Claims (6)
- 無段変速機であって、
変速機入力と、変速機出力と、連続可変変動器比で変動器入力と変動器出力との間において駆動力を伝達するようにされた変動器と、クラッチ構成を組み込み、3つの回転部材を備えた遊星歯車構成と、を有し、
回転部材の1つが少なくとも1つの遊星歯車を担持する遊星キャリヤに結合され、回転部材の1つが遊星歯車と噛み合う主歯車に結合され、クラッチ構成が残りの回転部材を第1及び第2の代替の歯車のうちのいずれかに結合するように構成され、これら代替の歯車の双方が遊星歯車と噛み合い異なる速度で回転し、回転部材の1つが固定の駆動比で変速機入力に結合され、回転部材の1つが変動器出力に結合され、回転部材の1つが変速機がクラッチ構成により第1及び第2の比レンジ間で変更できるように変速機出力に結合されることを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 前記無段変速機の伝動装置は、変速機が第1のレンジにある間に変速機の出力を静止状態にさせる変動器比(「第1レンジのギヤ中立比」)が存在するものであることを特徴とする請求項1の無段変速機。
- 前記変速機が第2のレンジにある間に変速機の出力を静止状態にさせる別の変動器比(「第2レンジのギヤ中立比」)が存在し、第1レンジのギヤ中立比が第2レンジのギヤ中立比とは異なることを特徴とする請求項2の無段変速機。
- 前記変動器出力が主歯車に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかの無段変速機。
- 前記変動器入力が変速機入力に結合されることを特徴とする請求項4の無段変速機。
- 図面を参照して実質的に明細書で説明され、添付の図面に示される無段変速機。
