変速比可変ユニットを横断して連結される第1および第2の遊星歯車装置を備える分路であって、一方の遊星歯車装置が、変速機入力軸によって駆動される入力部と、変速比可変ユニットの片側によって駆動される入力部とを備え、もう一方の遊星歯車装置が、第1の遊星歯車装置からの入力部と、変速比可変ユニットの片側からの入力部とを備え、第1および第2の遊星歯車装置が、共通の軸の周りで回転し、変速比可変ユニットの入力部および出力部の回転軸からずれ、それらに対して平行である分路と、
第2の遊星歯車装置の出力部を、変速機出力軸に選択的に連結させるためのクラッチとを備える。
Claims (7)
- 多重レジームの無段変速機(CVT)において、
変速機入力軸と、
変速機出力軸と、
回転軸が同軸上にある回転する入力部および回転する出力部を有する変速比可変ユニットと、
前記変速比可変ユニットを横断して連結される第1および第2の遊星歯車装置を備えた分路であって、一方の遊星歯車装置は、前記変速機入力軸によって駆動される入力部と、前記変速比可変ユニットの片側によって駆動される入力部とを備え、もう一方の遊星歯車装置は、前記第1の遊星歯車装置からの入力部と、前記変速比可変ユニットの片側からの入力部とを備え、前記第1および第2の遊星歯車装置は、共通の軸の周りで回転し、前記変速比可変ユニットの前記入力部および出力部の前記回転軸からずれているとともに、それらに対して平行である、分路と、
前記第2の遊星歯車装置の前記出力部を、前記変速機出力軸に選択的に連結させるためのクラッチとを備えた、無段変速機(CVT)。 - 請求項1に記載のCVTにおいて、
バリエータの前記出力部を前記変速機出力軸に選択的に連結させるための、1つまたは複数のクラッチをさらに備えた、CVT。 - 請求項1または2に記載のCVTにおいて、
前記クラッチの選択的な係合により、複数の重複した変速比範囲を生み出す、CVT。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のCVTにおいて、
前記変速比可変ユニットは、回転可能な入力ディスクと、前記入力ディスクと同軸上に取り付けられた回転可能な出力ディスクと、前記入力ディスクと前記出力ディスクとの間で回転を伝達する、傾斜が可変な複数のローラとを備えた、CVT。 - 請求項4に記載のCVTにおいて、
前記入力ディスクおよび前記出力ディスクは中空の軸上に取り付けられ、前記変速機入力軸は前記中空の軸内を通る、CVT。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のCVTにおいて、
前記クラッチのそれぞれの前記出力部は、共通の回転可能な部材を駆動するように適合され、前記変速機がさらに、前記共通の部材と前記変速機出力軸との間に配置された前進クラッチおよび後進クラッチをさらに備えた、CVT。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のCVTにおいて、
前記第1および第2の遊星歯車装置は、前記変速比可変ユニットの下方に配置された、CVT。
