Claims (3)
- 筐体内に、吸込口から吹出口に至る通風路と、該通風路の上流側に配置された熱交換器と、前記通風路において熱交換器よりも下流側に配置されたクロスフローファンと、前記クロスフローファンよりも下流域で前記吹出口に至る通風路壁と、前記通風路壁のうちクロスフローファンの軸方向両端の側壁の角部に設けられ、クロスフローファンの下流域において上流側から下流側に向かって広がる断面矩形の通風路断面積の拡大率を下げるように通風路断面積を絞る形状の絞り部とを備え、
前記通風路壁は、前後の送風案内壁と左右の側壁とが筒状に形成され、かつ送風方向で上流側から下流側の吹出口に至るまで前後の送風案内壁が徐々に広がり、吹出口の前端部において通風路断面積が最大になるように設定され、
前記絞り部は、後側の送風案内壁と左右の側壁との角部を横切る平滑面からなる絞り面を有し、前記絞り部の送風方向と直交する断面形状は三角形状に形成されると共に送風上流側から下流側に向かって徐々に大きくなるように設定され、さらに前記側壁に接する前記絞り部の上端の延長線が、前記吹出口の前方においても、前側の送風案内壁を含む面に交わらないように設定されたことを特徴とする空気調和機。 - 前記絞り部の高さが送風方向で上流側から下流に向かって徐々に高くなるように設定されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記絞り部の幅が送風方向で上流側から下流に向かって徐々に広がるように設定されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気調和機。
