Description
本発明は、拘束された装置特に自己延伸膨張式装置に使用するための改良カバーに関するものである。以下の説明より明らかになるように、本発明を、多様な医学的および非医学的用途に使用することができる。本発明は、ステントおよびグラフト、カテーテル、内腔内バルーンなど内腔内移植装置のカバーとして使用する(これらに限定されるわけではない)場合に、特に有益である。

Claims (31)
- 管状構造部と、
該管状構造部と接触する、縦編みの形状をなす複数のインターロック・ストランドを含む取外し可能な層と、を含み、
前記取外し可能な層がほぐれて形成された単一のマルチフィラメント・曳索に張力が加えられたときに、前記ストランドのうちの二つが互いに直線状ラインにおいて分離して、前記取外し可能の層を前記管状構造部から分離させるように構成される、管状装置。 - 前記縦編みの少なくとも一つのストランドが前記縦編みから分離して、張力を加えることにより前記層をほぐす、請求項1に記載の管状装置。
- 前記ストランドが、張力により単一方向に沿って取外されるように配置される、請求項1に記載の管状装置。
- 前記管状構造部が少なくとも一つの圧縮された自己延伸膨張式構造部を含み、
前記取外し可能な層が前記自己延伸膨張式構造部の周りに配置されていて、前記取外し可能な層が前記自己延伸膨張式構造部から分離されるまで前記構造部が延伸膨張するのを妨げる、請求項1に記載の管状装置。 - 前記自己延伸膨張式構造部が内部血管プロテーゼを含む、請求項4に記載の管状装置。
- 前記管状構造部がバルーンを含む、請求項1に記載の管状装置。
- 前記管状構造部が塑性変形部材を含む、請求項1に記載の管状装置。
- 前記塑性変形装置内に取り付けられたバルーンをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の管状装置。
- 前記管状構造部がガイドワイヤを含む、請求項7に記載の管状装置。
- 前記管状装置が長手方向長さ部分を有し、
前記ニットがほぐれて隣接する曳索となり、該曳索は前記管状装置の前記長手方向長さ部分に沿った略直線状ラインにおいて分離する、請求項1に記載の管状装置。 - 前記複数のインターロック・ストランドのうち少なくとも一つがファイバである、請求項1に記載の管状装置。
- 前記ファイバがポリテトラフルオロエチレン製である、請求項11に記載の管状装置。
- 前記複数のインターロック・ストランドのうち少なくとも一つがフィルムである、請求項1に記載の管状装置。
- 前記ストランドのうち少なくとも一つが放射線不透過性である、請求項1に記載の管状装置。
- 前記管状装置が長さ部分を有し、
前記縦編みが前記管状装置の前記長さ部分に沿って可変な密度を有している、請求項1に記載の管状装置。 - 前記管状装置が複数の取外し可能な層を含み、これら取外し可能な層のそれぞれを前記管状装置から別個に取外すことができる、請求項1に記載の管状装置。
- 前記複数の層が相互に同心である、請求項16に記載の管状装置。
- 前記複数の層が相互に軸線方向にずれて配置される、請求項16に記載の管状装置。
- 前記取外し可能な層のそれぞれが別個のマルチフィラメント・曳索を有する、請求項16に記載の管状装置。
- マルチストランドの取外し可能層を具備するストランドが、前記管状構造部を完全には取り囲まないようにした、請求項1に記載の管状装置。
- 前記取外し可能な層が、前記自己延伸膨張式構造部を半径方向に均等に拘束する、請求項4に記載の管状装置。
- 前記管状構造部が、直径が固定されている一つまたはそれ以上の構造部を含む、請求項1に記載の管状装置。
- 前記取外し可能な層が、前記管状構造部の長手方向の柔軟性を変化させるために前記管状構造部周りに配置される、請求項1に記載の管状装置。
- 移植可能ステント・アセンブリにおいて、
延伸膨張可能ステント装置と、
前記ステント装置を取り囲んでいる取外し可能な層と、を含み、
前記取外し可能な層が縦編みの形状をなす複数のインターロック・ストランドを含み、
前記取外し可能な層がほぐれて形成された単一のマルチフィラメント・曳索に張力が加えられるときに、前記ストランドのうちの二つが互いに直線状ラインにおいて分離して、前記取外し可能な層が前記ステント装置から分離するように配置される、
移植可能ステント・アセンブリ。 - 前記延伸膨張可能ステント装置が圧縮された自己延伸膨張式構造部を含み、
前記取外し可能な層が前記自己延伸膨張式構造部の周りに配置されて、前記取外し可能な層が前記自己延伸膨張式構造部から分離するまで前記構造部が延伸膨張するのを妨げる、請求項24に記載の移植可能ステント・アセンブリ。 - 前記縦編みの少なくとも一つのストランドが前記縦編みから分離されて前記層をほぐす、請求項24に記載の移植可能ステント・アセンブリ。
- 前記ステント・アセンブリが長手方向長さ部分を有し、
前記縦編みが、張力によって前記アセンブリの前記長手方向長さ部分に沿った略直線状ラインにおいてほぐれる、請求項24に記載の移植可能ステント・アセンブリ。 - 前記アセンブリが複数の取外し可能な層を含み、これら取外し可能な層のそれぞれを前記アセンブリから別個に取外すことができる、請求項24に記載の移植可能ステント・アセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリが長さ部分を有し、
前記縦編みが前記アセンブリの前記長さ部分に沿って可変な密度を有する、請求項24に記載の移植可能ステント・アセンブリ。 - 前記インターロックするストランドが可変な密度のニットを具備する、請求項1に記載の管状装置。
