Claims (3)
- 円筒形状の環状構造体と、前記環状構造体の外側に、前記環状構造体の周方向に沿って設けられてトレッド部となる未加硫のゴム層と、ゴムで被覆された繊維を有し、前記環状構造体と前記未加硫のゴム層とを含む円筒形状の構造体の幅方向両側に少なくとも設けられるカーカス部と、を含む空気入りタイヤのグリーンタイヤを、前記環状構造体の幅方向内側の位置でサイドプレートとセクターとが分割された加硫金型の内部に配置する手順と、
前記サイドプレートを閉じた後、前記セクターを閉じる前に、前記グリーンタイヤの内部のブラダーを昇圧させる手順と、
前記セクターを閉じて加硫を開始する手順と、
を含むことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。 - 前記環状構造体は前記未加硫のゴム層に埋設されており、前記未加硫のゴム層の径方向外側における表面に露出しない請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記空気入りタイヤは、
幅方向外側における前記環状構造体の端部から幅方向外側に向かって15mmまでの領域において、前記空気入りタイヤを所定の空気圧としたときの前記トレッド部の子午断面における輪郭形状は、前記空気入りタイヤの内側に向かって凹む円弧を有する請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
