Description
a)フィルムが40℃を越える温度にあるとき、フィルムの周縁をしっかりと保持し、フィルムの貼着面が基材の面の平均曲率よりも大きい曲率で湾曲するまでフィルムの両側の間に空気圧差を与えるステップと、
b)フィルムの温度が40℃未満に下がったとき、フィルムの貼着面の曲率が基材の面の曲率とほぼ同じか、またはそれ未満となるように、フィルムの両側の間に与える空気圧差を調整するステップと、
c)ステップb)で調整された空気圧差を維持しながら、フィルムと基材の間に接着剤の層が配された状態で、フィルムと基材の面の間の完全な接触が得られるまで基材の面をフィルムの貼着面に押し付けるステップとを含む方法を提案する。
b1)フィルムの温度が40℃未満に下がったとき、フィルムの貼着面が凹形を保ったまま、貼着面の曲率が基材の面の曲率と実質的に同じになるように、フィルムの両側の間に与える空気圧差を小さくするサブステップと、次に、
b2)フィルムの貼着面が凸形になるように、フィルムの両側の間の空気圧差の符号を逆にして空気圧差を変えるサブステップとを含む。
−密封チャンバであって、チャンバがフィルムで密封されるようにフィルムの周縁を固定するシステムを備える密封チャンバと、
−フィルムを加熱する手段、およびチャンバに固定されたフィルムの温度を制御する手段と、
−チャンバ内の空気圧を変化させる手段、およびその空気圧をチャンバ外の圧力に対して制御する手段と、
−チャンバ内に配設された基材支持体と、
−フィルムに基材を押し付けるように設計された、チャンバ内で基材支持体を移動させる手段とを備える。
Claims (24)
- 平坦な初期形状を有するフィルム(2)を基材(1)の湾曲面に接着する方法であって、
a)前記フィルムが40℃を超える温度にあるとき、前記フィルム(2)の周縁をしっかりと保持し、前記フィルムの貼着面(S2)が前記基材の面(S1)の平均曲率よりも大きい曲率で湾曲するまで、前記フィルムの両側の間に空気圧差を与えるステップと、
b)前記フィルムの温度が40℃未満に下がったとき、前記フィルムの前記貼着面(S2)の曲率が前記基材の前記面(S1)の曲率と同じか、またはそれ未満となるように、前記フィルムの前記両側の間に与える前記空気圧差を調整するステップと、
c)ステップb)で調整された前記空気圧差を維持しながら、前記フィルム(2)と前記基材(1)の間に接着剤(3)の層が配された状態で、前記フィルムと前記基材の面の間の完全な接触が得られるまで前記基材の面(S1)を前記フィルムの貼着面(S2)に押し付けるステップとを含む方法。 - ステップa)を、前記フィルム(2)を加熱しながら行い、ステップb)を、前記フィルムの温度が周囲温度と同じであるときに行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップa)の間における前記フィルムの温度が80℃から180℃である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- ステップa)で前記フィルムの両側の間に与える前記空気圧差が0.1バールから4.0バールである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップa)で前記フィルムの両側の間に与える前記空気圧差が0.1バールから1.0バールである、請求項4に記載の方法。
- ステップc)で、0.1から1.0mm毎秒の相対動作速度で前記基材の面(S1)を前記フィルムの貼着面(S2)に押し付ける、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記基材の面(S1)が凸形であって、
ステップa)で、前記フィルムの貼着面(S2)が前記基材の面(S1)の曲率よりも大きい曲率で凹形になるように、前記フィルムの両側の間に前記空気圧差を与え、
ステップb)で、前記フィルムの貼着面(S2)が凹形を保ったまま、前記貼着面の曲率が前記基材の面(S1)の曲率よりも小さくなるように、前記フィルムの両側間に与える前記空気圧差を小さくする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - ステップb)の後に前記フィルムの両側の間に与える前記空気圧差が0.05バールから0.3バールである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ステップa)で、前記フィルムの貼着面(S2)が前記基材の面(S1)の曲率よりも大きい曲率で凹形になるように、前記フィルムの両側の間に前記空気圧差を与え、ステップb)が以下の2つのサブステップ、
b1)前記フィルムの温度が40℃未満に下がったとき、前記フィルムの貼着面(S2)が凹形を保ったまま、前記貼着面の曲率が前記基材の面(S1)の曲率と同じになるように、前記フィルムの両側の間に与える前記空気圧差を小さくするサブステップと、次に、
b2)前記フィルムの貼着面(S2)が凸形になるように、前記フィルムの両側の間の前記空気圧差の符号を逆にして前記空気圧差を変えるサブステップとを含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記基材の面(S1)が凸形で、ステップc)で前記基材の面が次第に前記フィルムの貼着面(S2)に押し付けられると、前記フィルムの貼着面が再び凹形になる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- ステップb1)の後に前記フィルムの両側の間に与える前記空気圧差が0.05バールから0.3バールである、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- ステップb2)の後に前記フィルムの両側の間に与える前記空気圧差が絶対値で0.05バールから0.5バールである、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップc)の後に、前記基材(1)を0.5秒から2分の間、前記フィルム(2)に押し付けた状態に保つ、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップc)の前に、前記フィルムの貼着面(S2)に前記接着剤の層(3)を配設する、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤の層(3)は、感圧接着剤、または紫外線硬化型もしくは熱硬化型の接着剤を含む、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

前記フィルムに前記基材を押し付けるように設計された、前記チャンバ内で基材支持体を移動させる手段(13、14)とを備える装置であって、
請求項1から22のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するように適合されている装置。 - 前記チャンバ内の空気圧を変化させ、制御する前記手段(15)と、前記フィルムの加熱を変化させ、制御する手段と、基材支持体を移動させる手段(13、14)とを制御するように設計された自動制御システムをさらに含む、請求項23に記載の装置。
