Description

Claims (17)
- −光線を発光する少なくとも1個の光源(32)と、
−前記光源(32)から発光された光線が連続的な反射によって広がる少なくとも1個の光導光シート(28)とを、
備える前後方向(F)の照明のための自動車用照明及び/又は信号装置において、
前記導光シート(28)が、前記光線を前記導光シート(28)の方に向け直す反射層(30)を、その一端に備え、更に前記反射層(30)に対して他端に設けられた前記導光シート(28)の出力側外形(36)が、前記シート(28)の前後方向の軸に対して傾斜している反射体(38)を備え、これにより、前記光線が、前記前後方向の軸に対して実質的に平行な発光方向(F)に反射されるようになっており、かつ前記導光シート(28)の反射層(30)が楕円弧状の輪郭を有し、前記出力側外形(36)が円弧状又は環状の輪郭を有し、前記光源(32)が、前記反射層(30)の楕円弧状輪郭の第1の焦点に配置されており、前記出力側外形(36)の円弧状又は環状の輪郭の中心が、前記反射層(30)の楕円弧状輪郭の第2の焦点に配置されていることを特徴とする自動車用照明及び/又は信号装置。 - 導光シート(28)が、発光方向(F)と実質的に直交する平面上に広がっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明及び/又は信号装置。
- 出力側外形(36)が、導光シート(28)の端部に対して垂直な方向に設けられており、かつ凹状円弧輪郭を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の照明及び/又は信号装置。
- 導光シート(28)の反射層(30)が、この反射層(30)で反射する任意の光が実質的に垂直に出力側外形(36)に到達するような輪郭を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の照明及び/又は信号装置。
- 前記光源(32)が、前記反射層(30)の楕円弧状輪郭の第1の焦点に配置されており、前記出力側外形(36)の円弧状又は環状の輪郭の中心が、前記反射層(30)の楕円弧状輪郭の第2の焦点に配置されていることにより、前記導光シート(28)の反射層(30)で反射する任意の光が実質的に垂直に前記出力側外形(36)に到達することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の照明及び/又は信号装置。
- 導光シート(28)の反射層(30)が、フレネリの光学的性質を有し、これにより反射層(30)で反射する任意の光が実質的に垂直に出力側外形(36)に到達するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の照明及び/又は信号装置。
- 出力側外形(36)が、導光シート(28)に対して垂直な方向において、導光シート(28)の前面(33)から離して設けられた出力フェース(40)を備え、かつこの出力フェース(40)は、シート(28)から発光された光線が、装置の前後方向の軸に実質的に平行な出力ビームを形成するような輪郭を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の照明及び/又は信号装置。
- 導光シート(28)が、装置の後方に向かって湾曲したシートであることを特徴とする請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の照明及び/又は信号装置。
- −横方向の面に沿って広がる第1の部材(27)と、
−前後方向の面に沿って広がり、かつ第1の部材(27)に対して実質的に垂直に配置された第2の部材(29)を備え、
かつ導光シート(28)の第1の部材(27)と第2の部材(29)の交点に、導光シート(28)の前後方向の軸に対して傾斜し、これにより光が導光シート(28)の出力側外形(36)に向けて反射する反射フェース(31)を備える、
折曲した形状を有する導光シート(28b)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の照明及び/又は信号装置。 - 光源(32)が、前記折曲した形状を有する導光シート(28b)の第1の部材(27)において、反射層(30)の楕円弧状輪郭の第1の焦点に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の照明及び/又は信号装置。
- 光源(32)が、前記折曲した形状を有する導光シート(28b)の第2の部材(29)において、反射層(30)の楕円弧状輪郭の第1の焦点に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の照明及び/又は信号装置。
- 光源(32)が発光ダイオードで、前後方向軸の周囲において、装置の横方向の面に対する角度が最大で50ーである円錐状に光線を放射することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の照明及び/又は信号装置。
- 前記発光ダイオードが、装置の横方向の面に対する角度がほぼ30ーである円錐状に光線を放射することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の照明及び/又は信号装置。

かつ光源(32)が、光を発光方向(F)に沿って放射することを特徴とする請求項2〜13のいずれか1項に記載の照明及び/又は信号装置。 - 光ガイドの一端が、平面状の基部(41)を有する凹部(42)に配置されており、異なる箇所に位置する前記光ガイドの他端に光源(32)が配置されており、これにより光線が導光シート(28)内に向かうようにしたことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の照明及び/又は信号装置。
- 横方向の面内において、モジュールの前後方向の軸の周りに、放射状に配置され、環状の光ビームを放射する、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の複数の装置を備えることを特徴とする自動車用照明及び/又は信号モジュール。
- 各々が、光源(32)と導光シート(28)を備える、放射状に配置された少なくとも4個の装置を備え、これにより環状の光ビームを生成させることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の自動車用照明及び/又は信号モジュール。
