Description
The present invention relates to a waste asbestos melting furnace, and more particularly, to a waste asbestos melting furnace that renders waste asbestos recovered by an asbestos removal operation harmless.
Asbestos (asbestos) is a material that has been widely used in the past in the construction industry as a material for various building materials such as fireproof materials such as buildings, flooring materials, wall materials, ceiling materials, and roofing materials. In recent years, problems such as mesothelial species caused by asbestos have attracted particular attention, and the removal of asbestos used in the ceilings of buildings has been actively conducted at various facilities throughout the country. Yes. Since asbestos removal work involves danger in the work itself, it is performed by professionals having asbestos removal technology. Asbestos removed from the building is transported to a disposal facility in a state where it is filled in a dedicated collection bag or the like, and disposed of by landfill processing or heat melting processing.
Since waste asbestos is detoxified and reduced in volume by heat melting treatment, the asbestos disposal method by heat melting is effective. On the other hand, the melting temperature of asbestos is extremely high, and detoxification by incineration cannot be performed by simple incineration equipment. Therefore, currently, asbestos is melted hot using a large melting furnace such as a steel manufacturer. The method is adopted. However, the number and location of such large melting furnaces are limited nationwide, and it is not easy to transport and transport asbestos, and the melting capacity is limited.
In view of such circumstances, various methods for efficiently detoxifying waste asbestos have been proposed (for example, JP-A-2005-168632), or small-scale heat melting for heat-treating waste asbestos A furnace has been proposed (for example, JP-A-2006-52916).
The conventional waste asbestos heat melting treatment depends on the plasma arc and the combustion heat of fossil fuel as described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2006-52916 (Patent Document 2). However, in such heat melting treatment, in order to heat and melt asbestos having a high melting temperature, a large amount of electric power or fuel must be supplied to the heat treatment furnace, and the furnace temperature must be maintained at a high temperature. Consume excessive energy for driving.
Further, as described in JP-A-2005-168632 (Patent Document 1), a method of chemically detoxifying waste asbestos has also been proposed. However, it is not desirable to open the waste asbestos transported in a state of being strictly packed in a dedicated bag or the like outside the bag in the subsequent chemical treatment stage in view of the danger of a secondary disaster or the like.
On the other hand, a high frequency induction heating type melting furnace as described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-288465 (Patent Document 3) can efficiently heat and melt an object to be heated with relatively small electric power. It is conceivable to employ a high-frequency induction heating type melting furnace in the detoxification treatment. However, since asbestos is a non-conductive substance, the conductive crucible must be heated, and the possibility of heating the temperature in the crucible to the melting temperature of asbestos has not been studied in the past.
Even if a high-frequency induction heating type melting furnace can be used as a waste asbestos melting furnace, when asbestos in a bag state is charged into a crucible, the bag is disassembled quickly by heat, so that asbestos There is concern about being discharged outside the furnace through the discharge port.
In addition, since the asbestos heat-melting process is repeatedly performed, asbestos in the crucible may be scattered outside the furnace when the packed asbestos is further charged into the crucible after completion of the preceding heat treatment process. Concerned.
Furthermore, when disassembling a portion of an existing building including asbestos building materials, the dismantling work area is partitioned from the outside by a resin sheet such as a polyethylene sheet. Not only building waste materials generated in the construction area, but also clothing and auxiliary materials such as protective clothing (work clothes), gloves, masks, filters, resin sheets, etc. are also housed and sealed in resin bags such as polyethylene bags. The Assuming that a high-frequency induction heating type melting furnace is used as a waste asbestos melting furnace, it is necessary to put a sealed bag containing various kinds of waste into the melting furnace. The following problems occur.
(1) Since it is necessary to secure a melting furnace volume capable of melting a large amount and a wide variety of waste materials including building waste materials in the same furnace at the same time, the melting furnace becomes larger.
(2) Resin sheets, bags, etc. are partially oxidized or thermally decomposed in the melting furnace, and a large amount of flammable gas and harmful gas are rapidly generated in the furnace by gasification reaction or thermal decomposition reaction. For this reason, it is necessary to secure a melting furnace volume that allows a sudden increase in the volume of the furnace gas due to such a phenomenon, and the melting furnace becomes large.
(3) Combustible and toxic gases must be exhausted with the asbestos scattered and discharged securely.
(4) Building waste materials such as board building materials are relatively large in size, and it is desirable to preliminarily crush them before high-frequency induction heating, but the sealed bags cannot be opened before melting as described above. .
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and the object of the present invention is to ensure that the asbestos can be prevented from scattering or discharging, and the waste asbestos can be rendered harmless by heat melting treatment. It is to provide an induction heating type waste asbestos melting furnace.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a high-frequency induction heating type waste asbestos melting furnace capable of detoxifying waste asbestos by thermal melting without increasing the size of the high-frequency induction heating type melting furnace.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a waste asbestos melting treatment system capable of detoxifying waste asbestos by heat melting treatment without increasing the size of a high frequency induction heating type melting furnace.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a waste asbestos melting furnace for detoxifying waste asbestos recovered by asbestos removal work.
A crucible of conductive material disposed in the casing;
A high-frequency induction coil wound around the outer peripheral region of the crucible;
A high frequency power supply connected to the coil;
A molten slag discharge port disposed at the bottom of the crucible;
A core of conductive material disposed at the outlet;
A waste asbestos charging chamber disposed at the top of the casing;
The core has an enlarged head portion and leg portions depending from the head portion, and the waste asbestos charged into the crucible is melted and slag by heat generation of the crucible and the core, and the flow path is formed by the core. Disclosed is a high-frequency induction heating type waste asbestos melting furnace characterized by flowing out from the restricted outlet.
Preferably, the chamber includes a pair of opening / closing shutters or opening / closing doors that are selectively opened and prohibited from being opened simultaneously.
According to the above configuration of the present invention, a bag or a package formed by packing waste asbestos or the like is put into a crucible through a waste asbestos charging chamber. Waste asbestos in the furnace is melted into slag by the heat generated by both the crucible and the core, and is rendered harmless. In particular, asbestos in the vicinity of the discharge port is quickly melted and slag by the core disposed at the discharge port, and is discharged from the discharge port. The core restricts the flow path of the discharge port and prevents waste asbestos scattered in the upper area of the discharge port from being discharged from the discharge port to the outside of the furnace. Therefore, according to the waste asbestos melting furnace having the above-described configuration, the waste asbestos can be thermally melted and rendered harmless in a state in which the asbestos is prevented from being scattered during the charging of the waste asbestos and the asbestos is discharged during the heat treatment. . In addition, the chamber includes a pair of open / close shutters or open / close doors that are selectively opened and prohibited from being opened at the same time, thereby reliably preventing the asbestos in the crucible from splashing outside the furnace when the waste asbestos is charged. be able to.

The present invention also provides a waste asbestos melting furnace for detoxifying the waste asbestos recovered by the asbestos removal operation.
A crucible of conductive material disposed in the casing;
A high-frequency induction coil wound around the outer peripheral region of the crucible;
A high frequency power supply connected to the coil;
A molten slag discharge port disposed at the bottom of the crucible;
A core of conductive material disposed at the outlet,
A waste introduction path for introducing waste containing waste asbestos into the crucible,
The core has an enlarged head portion and leg portions depending from the head portion, and the waste asbestos charged into the crucible is melted and slag by heat generation of the crucible and the core, and the flow path is formed by the core. Out of the restricted outlet,
The waste introduction path is connected to a combustion furnace that burns and reduces the volume of waste containing waste asbestos to provide a high-frequency induction heating type waste asbestos melting furnace.
Preferably, the introduction path is connected to a hermetic transport apparatus that transports waste discharged from the combustion furnace, and opens and closes to open and close communication between the transport path of the transport apparatus and the crucible inner region. Has a valve.
According to the said structure of this invention, the bag body or package formed by bagging waste asbestos etc. is incinerated preliminarily in a combustion furnace. The combustible gas etc. which generate | occur | produced by partial oxidation or thermal decomposition of the resin in a waste generate | occur | produce in a combustion furnace. The combustible content contained in the building waste, clothes, sub-materials, etc. is burned in the combustion furnace to reduce the volume, and the waste after the volume reduction is put into the crucible of the melting furnace.
Accordingly, the volume of waste introduced into the melting furnace is greatly reduced, and the amount of combustible gas and the like generated in the melting furnace is greatly reduced, so that the melting furnace can be downsized. As described above, the waste asbestos in the melting furnace is melted into slag by the heat generated by both the crucible and the core and is rendered harmless.

Next, the operation of the waste asbestos melting treatment system will be described.
