Claims (4)
- アクセル操作手段(26)と、前記アクセル操作手段(26)の操作量を検知するアクセル操作量検知センサ(27)と、内燃機関(14)の回転数を検知する回転数センサ(34)と、スロットルバルブ(28)と、前記アクセル操作手段(26)の操作量に応じて、前記スロットルバルブ(28)を開閉するスロットルバルブ駆動モータ(30)と、スロットルバルブ(28)の開度を検知するスロットル開度センサ(31)と、前記スロットルバルブ駆動モータ(30)を制御するとともに、燃料の基本噴射時間(Ti)を算出する制御部(40)を有する内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置において、
前記制御部(40)が、
前記回転数センサ(34)で検知された回転数(Ne)が、アイドル目標回転数(NeIdle)になるまでスロットル開度(θTH)を増大させ、前記回転数(Ne)がアイドル目標回転数(NeIdle)に到達したときに、その時点のスロットル開度(θTH)をカーボン付着判定値(IXREF)として記憶する記憶手段(44)と、
前記カーボン付着判定値(IXREF)を用いて、該判定値(IXREF)が大きいほど空燃比がリーン側に補正されるように前記基本噴射時間(Ti)を補正する補正手段(48)とを備えており、
前記制御部(40)が、
内燃機関の回転数(Ne)とスロットル開度(θTH)とによって、燃料の基本噴射時間(Ti)を求めるNe−Thマップ(46)と、
吸気管内負圧(Pb)とスロットル開度(θTH)とによって、燃料の基本噴射時間(Ti)を求めるNe−Pbマップ(47)と、
スロットル開度(θTH)が、予め設定したマップ選択基準開度(θmap)未満では前記Ne−Pbマップ(47)を選択し、スロットル開度(θTH)が、前記マップ選択基準開度(θmap)以上では前記Ne−Thマップ(46)を選択するマップ選択手段(45)とを備え、
前記補正手段(48)による基本噴射時間の補正は、前記Ne−Thマップ(46)を使用して算出されている燃料の基本噴射時間(Ti)に対して実行されると共に、前記Ne−Pbマップ(47)を使用して算出されている燃料の基本噴射時間(Ti)に対しては実行されないように構成されており、
前記内燃機関は自動二輪車の動力源であることを特徴とする内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記補正手段(48)が、スロットル開度(θTH)に応じて、スロットル開度(θTH)が小さいほど、前記基本噴射時間(Ti)をリーン側へ補正する度合を大きくするように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記補正手段(48)が、目標アイドル回転数(Neidle)に対応しているスロットル開度(θTh)が出力されているときの、前記目標アイドル回転数(Neidle)と実エンジン回転数(Ne)との偏差が所定値より大きい場合に作動させられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記マップ選択手段(45)が、エンジン回転数(Ne)の全領域のうち、アイドル回転数を含む低回転数域および最高回転数を含む高回転数域を除く中回転数域においては、マップ選択基準開度(θmap)として、他の領域よりも大きい値を使用するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。
