Claims (8)
- 自由状態で非連設のらせん状に巻かれているメタルワイヤ(12,22)からなるねじれ減衰ばねを備える自動車用の複式減衰弾み車であって、
少なくともコイルばねの一端における終巻き(14,24)は、縮径巻き(16,26)を介して、終巻きの直前の巻き、又は終巻きから2つ手前の巻き(18,28)に接続され、かつコイルばねの軸線に対して、ほぼ直交する面内に位置し、
前記縮径巻き(16,26)は、終巻き(14,24)及び終巻きから2つ手前の巻き(18,28)の中に収容されていることを特徴とする複式減衰弾み車。 - 終巻き(14,24)は、終巻きから2つ手前の巻き(18,28)に当接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複式減衰弾み車。
- ワイヤ(12,22)の断面は、円形、略楕円形、又は平坦であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の複式減衰弾み車。
- ねじれ減衰ばねは、円弧状に湾曲し、かつ縮径巻き(16,26)は、コイルばねの半径方向外側にあることを特徴とする、請求項1−3のいずれかに記載の複式減衰弾み車。
- 終巻き(14,24)は、その端部において、縮径巻き(16,26)を介して、コイルばねの終巻きから2つ手前の巻き(18,28)に接続され、かつ、コイルばねの軸線とほぼ直角に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1−4のいずれかに記載の複式減衰弾み車。
- コイルばねの端部の終巻き(14,24)は、慣性弾み車に固定される環状減衰板の径方向突起(30)の径方向の側面(34)において、中心合わせ用突起部の両側に形成された円弧状の凹部(36)に受容されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複式減衰弾み車。
- 端部同士が突き合わされ、かつ断面の異なるワイヤにより形成された複数のコイルばね(10,20)を備える請求項6に記載の複式減衰弾み車であって、端部同士が突き合わされている複数のコイルばね(10,20)は、反対の傾斜度を有し、かつ、コイルばねの軸線に対してほぼ直交し、互いに重ねられた終巻きを有することを特徴とする複式減衰弾み車。
- コイルばね(10,20)のワイヤは、端部が半径の異なる円(c1,c’1,c2,c’2)の弧によって形成されるほぼ楕円形の断面を有し、かつ、端部同士が突き合わされた複数のコイルばね(10,20)のワイヤの断面は、互いに逆であり、互いに当接するばねの終巻き(14,24)の自己調心のために、一方のコイルばね(10)のワイヤの断面の半径が大きな円(c2)の弧は、コイルばねの巻きの内側に位置し、他方のコイルばね(20)のワイヤの断面半径が大きな円(c’2)の弧は、ばねの巻きの外側に位置していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の複式減衰弾み車。
