HTE18-75Eは、硬化しないフルオロエラストマーフィルムである。HTE18−75Eは、最低温度120℃(248°F)で予備硬化させて成形品取出し条件にすることができるが、完全な重合には、最低温度155℃(310°F)が必要とされる。230℃(450°F)より高温の最大使用温度を達成するために、HTE18-75Eは、一層高温の後硬化を必要とする。

Claims (19)
- 成形品の形成に使用するためのツールであって、該ツールが、発泡材料から形成されたツールボディ、該ツールボディ上の樹脂状材料及び該ツールボディと樹脂状材料との間に配置されて樹脂の樹脂状材料からツールボディへの移動を阻止するエラストマー材料からなることを特徴とするツール。
- エラストマー材料が、ツールボディと樹脂状材料との間に直接配置され、かつ、層の形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のツール。
- エラストマー層が連続層であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のツール。
- エラストマー層が、ツールボディと樹脂状材料との間に、小さい動きを可能にするコンプライアント層又はインターフェースを与えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のツール。
