Claims (8)
- 熱交換器通路(14)とバイパス通路(11)を有し、流れ通路(25)内で熱交換器(10)の上流または下流に切替えフラップ(20)が配置されており、切替えフラップ(20)が、到着するキャリア媒体を熱交換器通路(14)とバイパス通路(11)に分割し、その切替えフラップ(20)に、2つの部分流を分離するための分離薄板(40)が隣接して設けられており、その分離薄板(40)が、バイパス通路(11)の始端まで延びており、バイパス通路(11)が、外側パイプ(13)及び内側パイプ(12)を有し、キャリア媒体が内側パイプ(12)のコアを貫流し、内側パイプ(12)が、分離薄板(40)まで延びており、内側パイプ(12)が分離薄板(40)上で案内されるか分離薄板(40)に装着されており、分離薄板(40)には、流れ方向に対して垂直な方向に向きかつ切欠き(42)を有する前壁(41)が形成されており、内側パイプ(12)がその切欠き(42)内で軸方向に摺動可能に案内されて保持されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 分離薄板(40)が、バイパス通路(11)と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器(10)。
- 流れ通路(25)とバイパス通路(11)の始端との間にディフューザ(15)が形成されており、分離薄板(40)が少なくとも領域的にディフューザ(15)と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1及び2のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(10)。
- 切替えフラップ(20)が、流れ通路(25)内の揺動軸(21)に保持されており、分離薄板(40)が揺動軸(21)まで延びていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(10)。
- 分離薄板(40)が、内側パイプ(12)と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器(10)。
- 分離薄板(40)の前壁(41)が、直角に屈曲されており、前壁(41)の切欠き(42)内へ内側パイプ(12)が連通していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱交換器(10)。
- 内側パイプ(12)が、切欠き(42)の領域内で分離薄板(40)の前壁(41)と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱交換器(10)。
- 前壁(41)が、ディフューザ(15)の少なくとも部分領域にわたってこのディフューザ(15)と添接していることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の熱交換器(10)。
