基材1と10の二つの反射防止積重体は同一であって、それらの全ての層は熱分解されたものである。これらは、
・幾何学的厚さが12nmであるTiO2の第一の層、
・幾何学的厚さが124 nmである、例1のものと同一の混合酸化物SiOAlFx の第二の層、
を含む二層の積重体(図1a参照)である。
基材1と10の二つの反射防止積重体は同一であって、それらの全ての層は熱分解されたものである。これらもやはり、
・幾何学的厚さが95nmであるSnO2の第一の層、
・幾何学的厚さが92nmである、先の例におけるのと同じSiOAlFx の第二の層、
を含む二層の積重体である。
基材1と10の二つの反射防止積重体は同一であって、それらの全ての層は熱分解されたものである。これらは、例1におけるものと同一の層の構造と厚さとを有する三層の積重体(図1b参照)である。
二つの反射防止積重体は異なるものであって、基材1のそれは例2による二層の積重体であり、基材10のそれは例1で説明したものと同じ真空で堆積させた「B」タイプの積重体である。
反射防止積重体は、例4におけるものと同一の熱分解された三層の積重体である。基材1のガラスは、前述のヨーロッパ特許出願公開第0644164 号明細書の教示による。その組成(重量百分率での)は次のとおりである。
Al2O3 0.62%
CaO 9.50%
MgO 3.90%
Na2O 13.90%
K2O 0.09%
SO3 0.18%
Fe2O3 (全鉄分) 0.95%
FeO 0.285 %
FeO (全鉄分) 0.30%
これは例6との比較を可能にするものであり、基材は同じであるけれどもいずれのコーティングもない。
反射防止積重体は、例4のものと同一の熱分解された三層の積重体である。基材1のガラスは、厚さが4mmであって、前述の国際出願PCT/FR95/00828号明細書の教示によるものである。このガラスのMgO 、Fe2O3 及びFeO 含有量(重量百分率での)は次のとおりである。
Fe2O3 0.20%
FeO 0.36%
これは例7との比較を可能にするものであり、基材は同じであるけれどもいずれのコーティングもない。
基材1は、ヨーロッパ特許出願公開第0644164 号明細書による組成を有し、より正確には次に掲げる組成(重量百分率でもって)を有する。
Al2O3 0.6 %
Na2O 13.8 %
K2O 0.10%
CaO 9.50%
MgO 4.10%
Fe2O3 (この形で表した全鉄分) 0.86%
TiO2 0.035 %
SO3 0.17%
FeO 0.28%
・屈折率が1.83で幾何学的厚さが105 nmであるSiOxCyを基にした第一の層、
・幾何学的厚さが135 nmであるTiO2を基にした第二の層、
・屈折率が1.48で幾何学的厚さが107 nmである、先に明らかにされたSiOAlFx 製の第三の層、
を有する三層の積重体(図1b参照)の形をしている。
これは、例8と同じであるが反射防止コーティングのない基材を使用する。
例8との唯一の違いは、基材1が更に着色され、そしてなおヨーロッパ特許出願公開第0644164 号明細書の教示に従っていて、組成は例6の場合に示したそれと同一であることである。
これは、例9と同一の基材の同じ積層構造を使用するが、反射防止コーティングは何もない。
唯一の違いは、反射防止積重体を基材1の面1に堆積させ、この三層の積重体が屈折率が1.83で幾何学的厚さが102 nmであるSiOCの第一の層と、115 nmのTiO2の第二の層と、幾何学的厚さが80nmで屈折率が1.48であるSiOAlFx の第三の層を含み、そして更に、前述のフランス特許出願第95/10839号明細書に記載された、CVDで堆積させそして部分的に結晶化させたTiO2の10nmの最後の薄層を含み、比較的高屈折率のこの四番目の層が小さい厚さ(とりわけ最高でも20nm)に制限されるので、こうしてフロントガラスに追加の汚れ防止の機能性が、その反射防止機能に有意に不利に働くことなく付与されることにある。
Claims (20)
- 単一のガラス基材又は積層構造に組み合わされた2枚のガラス基材から構成されるグレージングペインであり、当該単一のガラス基材又は2枚のガラス基材の外側の面のおのおのに、交互に高屈折率と低屈折率を有する誘電材料の層の積重体から構成される反射防止コーティング「A、B」を備えたグレージングペインの製造方法であって、
(i)第一の外側の面に、積重体を構成する全ての層を熱分解により形成して反射防止コーティング(A)を作製し、そして第二の外側の面に、全ての層を真空下で堆積させて反射防止コーティング(B)を作製するか、あるいは、
(ii)第一の外側の面に、積重体を構成する層の一部を熱分解により形成し、残りの層を真空下で堆積させて、反射防止コーティング(A)を作製し、そして第二の外側の面に、全ての層を真空下で堆積させて反射防止コーティング(B)を作製すること、
且つ、反射防止コーティング(A、B)における層の光学的厚さを法線入射での光の反射率RLを1.5%未満の値まで低下させるように選択し、前記高屈折率は少なくとも1.85であり、前記低屈折率は1.35〜1.70であることを特徴とするグレージングペインの製造方法。 - 1又は複数の反射防止コーティング(A)が熱分解された層と真空下で堆積された層とを含む場合、反射防止コーティング(A)における最初の層を熱分解により形成し、最後の1又は複数の層は真空下で堆積させることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のグレージングペインの製造方法。
- 1又は複数の反射防止コーティング(A)が熱分解された層と真空下で堆積された層とを含む場合、反射防止コーティング(A)における最後の層を熱分解により形成することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のグレージングペインの製造方法。
- 前記反射防止コーティングにおける低屈折率の層(3、6、8、10)の屈折率が1.38〜1.65であり、前記高屈折率の層の屈折率が1.90〜2.60であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までの一つに記載のグレージングペインの製造方法。
- 前記「A」の反射防止コーティングにおいて、あるいは前記「A」もしくは「B」の反射防止コーティングのうちの少なくとも一つにおいて、最初の高屈折率層/低屈折率層の連続したもの(7、8)に代えて屈折率1.70〜1.85の中間屈折率の層(4)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までの一つに記載のグレージングペインの製造方法。
- 前記熱分解された低屈折率の層(3、6、8、10)を、酸化ケイ素SiO2、酸窒化ケイ素SiOxNy及び/又は酸炭化ケイ素SiOxCy、並びにSiAlxOyFz タイプのケイ素とアルミニウムの混合酸化物を含む群から選ばれた1種の誘電材料又は複数種の誘電材料の混合物から作ることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までの一つに記載のグレージングペインの製造方法。
- 前記熱分解された高屈折率の層(2、5、7、9)を、TiO2、SnO2、ZnO 、ZrO2及びTa2O5 を含む群から選ばれた1種の誘電材料又は複数種の誘電材料の混合物から作ることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までの一つに記載のグレージングペインの製造方法。
- 当該グレージングペインを構成するガラス基材(1)あるいはガラス基材(1、10)のうちの少なくとも1枚が透明なガラス製であるか、あるいは全体に着色されたタイプの、エネルギー透過率の低下したガラス製であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までの一つに記載のグレージングペインの製造方法。
- 当該グレージングペインの一部分を形成するガラス基材が曲げ加工及び/又は熱処理されており、当該反射防止コーティングがそれらの光学的特性に不利な影響を被ることなくこれらの操作を受けることができることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までの一つに記載のグレージングペインの製造方法。
- 当該グレージングペインが、1以上の層から構成された、あるいはTiN のような窒化物タイプ、もしくは金属の、フィルター層を含む、日射防護機能を有するコーティングを少なくとも一つ含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9までの一つに記載のグレージングペインの製造方法。
- 当該グレージングペインが、警報機能を有する電気伝導性コーティングを少なくとも一つ含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から10までの一つに記載のグレージングペインの製造方法。
- 当該グレージングペインが、それに属するガラス基材のうちの内側面2、3の一方及び/又は他方に配置された日射防護機能を有するコーティング及び/又は警報機能を有するコーティングを備えた積層構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項10又は11記載のグレージングペインの製造方法。
- 当該グレージングペインの「A」の反射防止コーティング、又は反射防止コーティングのうちの少なくとも一つを、光触媒特性を有し且つ汚れ防止機能を有するコーティングで覆うことを特徴とする、請求項1から12までの一つに記載のグレージングペインの製造方法。
- 前記「A」、「B」の反射防止コーティングの層の光学的厚さが、法線入射での光の反射率RL を1.0 %未満の値まで低下させるように選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1から13までの一つに記載の一体式又は積層式グレージングペインの製造方法。
- 前記「A」の反射防止コーティングが、光学的厚さが15〜50nmである高屈折率の第一の層と、光学的厚さが160 〜200 nmである低屈折率の第二の層とを含む、二つの層を含んでいるか、あるいは、光学的厚さが100 〜140 nmである中間屈折率の第一の層と、光学的厚さが210 〜260 nmである高屈折率の第二の層と、光学的厚さが100 〜150nmである低屈折率の第三の層とを含む、三つの層を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項14記載のグレージングペインの製造方法。
- 前記「A」、「B」の反射防止コーティングの層の光学的厚さと前記ガラス基材の性質が、光の反射率を法線入射では7%未満の値まで、60°入射では10%未満の値まで低下させ、法線入射での光の透過率TL を少なくとも75%の値にそして選択率TL /TE を少なくとも1.65の値に保つように選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1から14までの一つに記載の一体式又は積層式グレージングペインの製造方法。
- 前記「A」の反射防止コーティングが、光学的厚さが160 〜210 nmである中間屈折率の第一の層と、光学的厚さが300 〜350 nmである高屈折率の第二の層と、光学的厚さが120 〜170 nmである低屈折率の第三の層とを含む、三つの層を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1から16までの一つに記載のグレージングペインの製造方法。
- 請求項14又は15記載の方法で製造したグレージングペインの、建物のための内装又は外装グレージングペイン、商店のショーウィンドー、商店のカウンターとして、あるいは車両の窓ガラスとしての使用。
- 請求項16又は17記載の方法で製造したグレージングペインの、自動車又は列車タイプの車両のための風防ガラスとしての使用。
- 請求項1から17までの一つに記載の方法で製造したグレージングペインの、絵画タイプの対象物を保護するためのグレージングペインとしての、コンピュータのための防眩保護スクリーンとしての、装飾ガラスとしての、ガラス調度品としての、鏡としての、あるいは火災保護、火炎遮断あるいは防火グレージングペインとしての使用。
