Description

前記LLDPEが、0.900〜0.930の範囲の密度および2〜6g/10分の範囲のMIを有し、前記LDPEが、0.917g/cc〜0.923グラム/ccの範囲の密度および0.5〜2.0g/10分の範囲のMIを有し、少なくとも1つの発泡ポリオレフィンシートが、同じ組成物からなる非発泡シートと比較して10〜50パーセントの密度低下を有する、ブローンフィルムである。
Claims (7)
- 1又は2以上の発泡オレフィンシートからなるブローンフィルムであって、
少なくとも1つの発泡ポリオレフィンシートが少なくとも150グラム/ミル(6グラム/ミクロン)のMD引裂強さを有する厚さ3〜8ミル(75〜200ミクロン)の発泡ポリオレフィンシートであり、
前記シートが、70〜90重量パーセントのLLDPEおよび30〜10パーセントのLDPEを含んでなるブレンドから製造され、
前記LLDPEが、0.900〜0.930の範囲の密度および2〜6g/10分の範囲のMIを有し、
前記LDPEが、0.917g/cc〜0.923グラム/ccの範囲の密度および0.5〜2.0g/10分の範囲のMIを有し、
少なくとも1つの発泡ポリオレフィンシートが、同じ組成物からなる非発泡シートと比較して10〜50パーセントの密度低下を有する、
ブローンフィルム。 - 前記シートが、厚さ3ミル(75ミクロン)である、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記MD引裂強さが、350グラム/ミル(14グラム/ミクロン)を超える、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記シートが、同じ組成物からなる非発泡シートと比較して少なくとも20パーセントの密度低下を有する、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記シートが、25未満のランド長さ対ダイギャップの比を使用して製造される、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記シートが、2.2〜4.0のブローアップ比を使用して製造される、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィンが架橋を有しない、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
