Claims (9)
- 複数枚の羽根と、心板と側板とからなる外装体と、を備えた羽根車の溶接方法であって、
前記羽根に突き合わせられる前記外装体の反突き合わせ側の面に、前記羽根に向けて所定の深さと幅を有する溝を設け、該溝の底部にレーザ光の集光部を、その長辺が該溝の長さ方向に対して平行となる状態又は所定の傾斜角度を持つように該レーザ光を照射して、裏側に形成されるビード部分が内方側に凹んだ曲面となるように、前記溝の底部と前記羽根の端部とを裏波溶接する第一の工程と、該第一の工程が完了した後、前記溝の底部に前記レーザ光を走査しながら溶融部に溶加材を供給して肉盛溶接を行う第二の工程と、を有することを特徴とする羽根車の溶接方法。 - 前記溝の幅を前記羽根の厚さの2倍以上、前記溝の底の厚さを前記羽根の厚さ以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の羽根車の溶接方法。
- 前記溝を、前記羽根の突き合わせ側端部が平面視で幅方向中央に位置するように、前記羽根の長さ方向に沿って設け、前記レーザ光の集光部を前記溝の底部の幅方向中央部を通るように走査することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の羽根車の溶接方法。
- 前記羽根車は、複数枚の羽根が設けられた心板もしくは側板と、羽根が設けられていない側板もしくは心板とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の羽根車の溶接方法。
- 前記第二の工程の前記肉盛溶接は、前記溝を埋め戻す溶接であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の羽根車の溶接方法。
- 溶接部を大気雰囲気からシールドすべく、前記集光部の側方から不活性ガスを溶接点に吹き付けるとともに、該不活性ガスの噴流内を通して溶加材を溶融部に供給することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の羽根車の溶接方法。
- 溶接部を大気雰囲気からシールドすべく、前記集光部の側方から不活性ガスを溶接点に吹き付けるとともに、該不活性ガスの噴流内に流速の異なるもう一つの不活性ガスの流れを形成し、この噴流内の不活性ガスの流れに乗せて溶加材としての金属粉末を溶融部に供給することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の羽根車の溶接方法。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の羽根車の溶接方法で、前記複数枚の羽根、心板、及び側板を接合したことを特徴とする羽根車。
- 前記羽根車は、遠心圧縮機用であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の羽根車。
