Description
本実施形態において、ターボ冷凍機S1は、例えば空調用の冷却水を生成するためにビルや工場に設置されるものであり、図1に示すように、凝縮器1と、エコノマイザ2と、蒸発器3と、ターボ圧縮機4とを備えている。
図2は、ターボ圧縮機4の水平断面図である。図3はターボ圧縮機4の垂直断面図である。図4は、ターボ圧縮機4が備える圧縮ユニット20を拡大した垂直断面図である。
図4に示すターボ圧縮機4において、流体の吸い込み流量が変化すると、十分なディフューザ効果が得られなくなる場合がある。吸い込み流量は、例えば、モータ12の出力速度、すなわち、回転軸23の回転速度を変化させることで変化可能である。あるいは、吸い込み流量は、例えば、インレットガイドベーン21gの配設角度を制御することで変化可能である。吸い込み流量が変化すると、例えば、第1インペラ21aから吹き出す流体の流れ方向と第1ディフューザ21bの流路の途中又は出口付近に設けられたディフューザベーン21fの配設方向とが一致しなくなるなどにより、十分なディフューザ効果が得られなくなる可能性がある。
Claims (4)
- ターボ圧縮機であって、
インペラの軸方向に互いに離間しかつその間にディフューザ流路が形成される第1及び第2壁と、
少なくとも一部が前記ディフューザ流路に配置可能な環状部材と、
前記環状部材を支持しかつ前記第1壁又は前記第2壁からの前記環状部材の高さを調節する位置調節装置と、を備え、
前記位置調節装置は、
前記環状部材につながったロッドを各々が有しかつ前記環状部材の周方向に互いに離間して配置された複数のレバー機構と、
前記複数のレバー機構の少なくとも1つが受けた駆動力を他のレバー機構に伝達するとともに、開放区間が部分的に設けられた周つながりの関係を有する伝達機構と、
を有することを特徴とするターボ圧縮機。 - 前記開放区間は、前記複数のレバー機構のうちの前記駆動力を受ける1つに隣接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記複数のレバー機構から前記伝達機構に伝わる、前記ディフューザ流路内の流体流れに基づく前記周つながりに沿った力の向きが、前記複数のレバー機構の間で同じであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のターボ圧縮機を備えることを特徴とする冷凍機。
