Claims (9)
- 酵素電極と試料中の基質とを反応させたときの上記酵素電極からの測定用出力に基づいて基質の濃度を測定する方法であって、
上記酵素電極の洗浄、上記酵素電極と上記試料中の基質との反応、上記酵素電極の洗浄、及び上記酵素電極と基質濃度が既知の標準液との反応を1サイクルとする測定において、上記標準液と上記酵素電極とを反応させたときに得られる上記酵素電極からの補正用出力を上記試料ごとに個別に測定し、
上記試料ごとに測定された上記補正用出力と上記酵素電極の洗浄が終了したときに得られる上記酵素電極からのベース出力との差分を用いて、上記測定用出力と上記ベース出力との差分を補正して基質濃度を演算する、基質濃度測定方法。 - 測定対象となる試料のための現サイクルで測定された補正用出力と、当該補正用出力よりも過去のサイクルで測定された他の1以上の試料に対応した補正用出力とを用いて、基質濃度の演算を行なう、請求項1に記載の基質濃度測定方法。
- 上記現サイクルで測定された補正用出力と、上記過去のサイクルで測定された他の1以上の試料に対応した補正用出力との平均値を用いて、基質濃度の演算を行なう、請求項2に記載の基質濃度測定方法。
- 複数サイクルの測定において得られた複数のベース出力の間に一定値以上の変化が認められるときに、上記複数のベース出力の経時変化に対応させた推定曲線に基づいて、上記測定用出力と差分するためのベース出力の推定を行なう、請求項1に記載の基質濃度測定方法。
- 酵素電極と試料中の基質とを反応させたときの上記酵素電極からの測定用出力に基づいて基質の濃度を演算する演算手段を備えた基質濃度測定装置であって、
上記演算手段は、上記酵素電極の洗浄、上記酵素電極と上記試料中の基質との反応、上記酵素電極の洗浄、及び上記酵素電極と基質濃度が既知の標準液との反応を1サイクルとする測定において、上記標準液と上記酵素電極とを反応させたときに得られる上記酵素電極からの上記試料ごとに個別に測定された補正用出力と上記酵素電極の洗浄が終了したときに得られる上記酵素電極からのベース出力との差分を用いて、上記測定用出力と上記ベース出力との差分を補正して基質濃度を演算するように構成されている、基質濃度測定装置。 - 上記演算手段は、測定対象となる試料のための現サイクルで測定された補正用出力と、当該補正用出力よりも過去のサイクルで測定された他の1以上の試料に対応した補正用出力とを用いて、基質濃度の演算を行なうように構成されている、請求項5に記載の基質濃度測定装置。
- 上記演算手段は、上記現サイクルで測定された補正用出力と、上記過去のサイクルで測定された他の1以上の試料に対応した補正用出力との平均値を用いて、基質濃度の演算を行なうように構成されている、請求項6に記載の基質濃度測定装置。
- 上記演算手段は、複数サイクルの測定において得られた複数のベース出力の間に一定値以上の変化が認められるときに、上記複数のベース出力の経時変化に対応させた推定曲線に基づいて、上記測定用出力と差分するためのベース出力の推定を行なった上で、基質濃度の演算を行なうように構成されている、請求項5に記載の基質濃度測定装置。
- 上記酵素電極と反応させる試料を調製するための試料調製手段と、
上記補正用出力を得るための標準液を保持した標準液保持槽と、
上記酵素電極に対して、試料が供給される状態と、標準液が供給される状態とを選択するための選択手段と、
をさらに備えている、請求項5に記載の基質濃度測定装置。
