Description
駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
内燃機関と、
動力を入出力する発電機と、
前記駆動軸と前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸との3軸に機械的に接続され、該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力する電動機と、
前記発電機および前記電動機と電力のやり取りを行なう蓄電手段と、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記駆動軸の回転変化量が値0を含む所定範囲内のときには前記内燃機関をアイドル運転する際の制御量であるアイドル制御量を所定の学習条件の成立に応じて学習するアイドル制御量学習の実行を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御し、前記駆動軸の回転変化量が前記所定範囲外のときには前記アイドル制御量学習の実行を伴わずに前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
内燃機関と、動力を入出力する発電機と、駆動軸と前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸との3軸に機械的に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力する電動機と、前記発電機および前記電動機と電力のやり取りを行なう蓄電手段と、を備える動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
前記駆動軸の回転変化量が値0を含む所定範囲内のときには前記内燃機関をアイドル運転する際の制御量であるアイドル制御量を所定の学習条件の成立に応じて学習するアイドル制御量学習の実行を伴って前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御し、前記駆動軸の回転変化量が前記所定範囲外のときには前記アイドル制御量学習の実行を伴わずに前記要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御する、
ことを特徴とする。
「電動機」としては、同期発電電動機として構成されたモータMG2に限定されるものではなく、誘導電動機など、駆動軸に動力を入出力するものであれば如何なるタイプの電動機であっても構わない。「蓄電手段」としては、二次電池としてのバッテリ50に限定されるものではなく、キャパシタなど、発電機および電動機と電力のやりとりを行なうものであれば如何なるものとしても構わない。「要求駆動力設定手段」としては、アクセル開度Accと車速Vとに基づいて要求トルクTr*を設定するものに限定されるものではなく、アクセル開度Accだけに基づいて要求トルクを設定するものや走行経路が予め設定されているものにあっては走行経路における走行位置に基づいて要求トルクを設定するものなど、駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力を設定するものであれば如何なるものとしても構わない。「制御手段」としては、ハイブリッド用電子制御ユニット70とエンジンECU24とモータECU40とからなる組み合わせに限定されるものではなく単一の電子制御ユニットにより構成されるなどとしてもよい。また、「制御手段」としては、車速変化量ΔVの絶対値がシフトポジションSPに基づく閾値ΔVref未満のときにはエンジン22をアイドル運転する指示信号とアイドル制御量の学習を許可する信号とに基づいて所定の学習条件の成立に応じたアイドル制御量の学習が実行されるようエンジン22を制御すると共に車速変化量ΔVの絶対値が閾値ΔVref以上のときにはエンジン22の運転停止を指示する信号とアイドル制御量の学習を禁止する信号とに基づいてアイドル制御量の学習を実行せずにエンジン22の運転が停止されるようエンジン22を制御しモータMG1の値0に設定したトルク指令Tm1*とバッテリ50の入出力制限Win,Woutの範囲内でリングギヤ軸32aに要求トルクTr*が出力されるよう設定したモータMG2のトルク指令Tm2*とに基づいてモータMG1,MG2を制御するものに限定されるものではなく、駆動軸の回転変化量が値0を含む所定範囲内のときには内燃機関をアイドル運転する際の制御量であるアイドル制御量を所定の学習条件の成立に応じて学習するアイドル制御量学習の実行を伴って設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が駆動軸に出力されるよう内燃機関と発電機と電動機とを制御し、駆動軸の回転変化量が所定範囲外のときにはアイドル制御量学習の実行を伴わずに設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が駆動軸に出力されるよう内燃機関と発電機と電動機とを制御するものであれば如何なるものとしても構わない。また、「発電機用インバータ回路」としては、インバータ41に限定されるものではなく、発電機と蓄電手段とに電気的に接続され発電機を駆動するものであれば如何なるタイプのものであっても構わない。「電動機用インバータ回路」としては、インバータ42に限定されるものではなく、電動機と蓄電手段とに電気的に接続され電動機を駆動するものであれば如何なるタイプのものであっても構わない。
Claims (3)
- 車軸に連結された駆動軸に動力を出力して走行する車両であって、
内燃機関と、
動力を入出力する発電機と、
前記駆動軸と前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸との3軸に機械的に接続され、該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力する電動機と、
前記発電機および前記電動機と電力のやり取りを行なう蓄電手段と、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記駆動軸の回転変化量が値0を含む所定範囲内のときには前記内燃機関をアイドル運転する際の制御量であるアイドル制御量を所定の学習条件の成立に応じて学習するアイドル制御量学習の実行を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御し、前記駆動軸の回転変化量が前記所定範囲外のときには前記アイドル制御量学習の実行を伴わずに前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備え、更に、
前記発電機と前記蓄電手段とに電気的に接続され、前記発電機を駆動する発電機用インバータ回路と、
前記電動機と前記蓄電手段とに電気的に接続され、前記電動機を駆動する電動機用インバータ回路と、
を備え、
前記制御手段は、シフトポジションが中立ポジションのときには前記発電機用インバータ回路および前記電動機用インバータ回路のゲート遮断を伴って第1の範囲を前記所定範囲として制御し、シフトポジションが中立ポジションとは異なるポジションのときには前記発電機用インバータ回路および前記電動機用インバータ回路のゲート遮断を伴わずに前記記第1の範囲より大きい第2の範囲を前記所定範囲として制御する手段である、
車両。 - 前記制御手段は、車速の変化量を前記駆動軸の回転変化量として用いると共に値0を含む所定車速範囲を前記所定範囲として用いて制御する手段である請求項1記載の車両。
- 内燃機関と、動力を入出力する発電機と、車軸に連結された駆動軸と前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸との3軸に機械的に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力する電動機と、前記発電機および前記電動機と電力のやり取りを行なう蓄電手段とを備え、更に、前記発電機と前記蓄電手段とに電気的に接続され前記発電機を駆動する発電機用インバータ回路と、前記電動機と前記蓄電手段とに電気的に接続され前記電動機を駆動する電動機用インバータ回路とを備え、前記駆動軸に動力を出力して走行する車両の制御方法であって、
前記駆動軸の回転変化量が値0を含む所定範囲内のときには前記内燃機関をアイドル運転する際の制御量であるアイドル制御量を所定の学習条件の成立に応じて学習するアイドル制御量学習の実行を伴って前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御し、前記駆動軸の回転変化量が前記所定範囲外のときには前記アイドル制御量学習の実行を伴わずに前記要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御し、
シフトポジションが中立ポジションのときには前記発電機用インバータ回路および前記電動機用インバータ回路のゲート遮断を伴って第1の範囲を前記所定範囲として制御し、シフトポジションが中立ポジションとは異なるポジションのときには前記発電機用インバータ回路および前記電動機用インバータ回路のゲート遮断を伴わずに前記記第1の範囲より大きい第2の範囲を前記所定範囲として制御する
ことを特徴とする車両の制御方法。
