Description
該第2スロットル開度センサ(46)に隣接して前記操作入力軸回転角センサ(52)が配置されたことを特徴とするV型内燃機関の吸気量制御装置(11)である。
また、操作入力軸はスロットル弁軸とは別軸のため、前記操作入力軸回転角センサと、前記差動式スロットル制御装置の入出力部とがスロットル弁軸方向に並べられて配置されることが可能となり、これらの構成部品はスロットル弁軸方向視で集約されて機能的に配置されうる。その結果、内燃機関のVバンク空間が有効に利用され、吸気量制御装置の小型化を図ることができる。
このように構成するので、スロットルボディを全体に大型化することなく燃料噴射弁38の取付けスペースを確保できる。
また、本実施例では、V型に形成されるシリンダ軸線の2等分線Aと延長線B、Cを平行に形成しており、Vバンクの上方の開放部を有効に利用できるVバンクの26の2等分線Aに沿って、スロットルボディをシリンダヘッドに嵌装することができ、V型エンジンにおける複数の吸気通路を有するスロットルボディの組付け性を向上することができる。
しかも、前記ステー80内の燃料供給通路の下端部は、左右方向に向いた前後1対の燃料供給管86(図5参照)が接続され、該1対の燃料供給管86は図2に図示される前記燃料噴射弁38にそれぞれ接続されている。

Claims (2)
- 操作者の入力により回転駆動される操作入力軸(50)と、
該操作入力軸(50)の回転角を検出する操作入力軸回転角センサ(52)と、
各気筒毎に吸気通路(37)が形成されたスロットル弁を有するスロットルボディ(40)とを具備するとともに、クランク軸(18)を中心として気筒軸線がV字状に形成されたV型内燃機関の吸気量制御装置(11)において、
前記操作入力軸(50)は、クランク軸(18)方向視にてV型内燃機関の両バンクにそれぞれ配置される1対のスロットル弁の弁軸(44a)間の略中央に位置して、該スロットル弁軸(44a)とは別体に配置され、
該操作入力軸(50)の軸端に前記操作入力軸回転角センサ(52)が設けられ、
前記操作入力軸回転角センサ(52)の検出結果に基づいてスロットル弁を駆動するスロットル弁駆動用アクチュエータ(53)と前記操作入力軸(50)とが、前記クランク軸(18)と平行な方向に沿って配置され、
前記V型内燃機関の両バンクにおける一側のバンクの気筒と他側バンクの気筒とがクランク軸(18)方向に沿いオフセットされ、オフセットされた凹み側スロットル弁軸端部にスロットル開度センサ(52)が取付けられ、
前記両バンクの一側に位置したスロットル弁軸(43)の一端に第1スロットル開度センサ(45)が配置されるとともに、前記両バンクの他側に位置したスロットル弁軸(44)とスロットル弁駆動用アクチュエータ(53)とを接続するリンク機構(54)が、前記スロットル弁軸(44)の一端に配置され、
前記両バンクの他側に位置したスロットル弁軸(44)の他端に第2スロットル開度センサ(46)が配置され、
該第2スロットル開度センサ(46)に隣接して前記操作入力軸回転角センサ(52)が配置されたことを特徴とするV型内燃機関の吸気量制御装置(11)。 - 前記操作入力軸(50)の回転角と、内燃機関運転状態に対応して決定されるスロットル弁の開度との回転角との差をスロットル弁補正用アクチュエータ(61)により出力する差動式スロットル制御装置(60)が設けられ、該差動式スロットル制御装置(60)の入出力部は、前記操作入力軸回転角センサ(52)に対しスロットル弁軸方向に沿って配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のV型内燃機関の吸気量制御装置(11)。
