Claims (6)
- 出力電力が変動する発電装置と電力貯蔵補償装置とを組み合わせて電力系統へ電力を供給する連系システムにおいて前記電力貯蔵補償装置を構成し前記発電装置の出力電力の変動を補償する、複数の二次電池の電力制御方法であって、
複数の二次電池を、定電力制御群と、随時応答群と、に組分けし、
前記発電装置の出力電力の変動を補償するために全ての二次電池に対して与えられた入出力すべき電力のうち、予め定めた一定の入出力電力を前記定電力制御群へ分配し、残りの入出力電力を随時応答群へ分配するとともに、
前記随時応答群を、更に、遅延応答群と、瞬時応答群と、に組分けし、
前記随時応答群に与えられた入出力すべき電力のうち、一次遅れフィルタ処理を施した入出力電力を前記遅延応答群へ分配し、残りの入出力電力を瞬時応答群へ分配して、
各群に属する二次電池の入出力電力を制御し、併せて、
各二次電池の入出力電力に上限値を設け、各二次電池に与えられた入出力すべき電力の値と前記上限値との差を合計し、得られた総不足電力を各二次電池へ再分配する二次電池の電力制御方法。 - 定電力制御群と、随時応答群と、に組分けした前記複数の二次電池を、入れ替える請求項1に記載の二次電池の電力制御方法。
- 定電力制御群と、随時応答群と、に属する二次電池の数を、変更する請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池の電力制御方法。
- 前記遅延応答群を、更に、複数の群に組分けし、時定数を変えて一次遅れフィルタ処理を施した複数の入出力電力を、各群へ分配して、各群に属する二次電池の入出力電力を制御する請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の二次電池の電力制御方法。
- 前記二次電池が、ナトリウム−硫黄電池である請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の二次電池の電力制御方法。
- 前記出力が変動する発電装置が、風力、太陽光、地熱のうち1又は2以上の自然エネルギーを用いた自然エネルギー発電装置である請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の二次電池の電力制御方法。
