Description
Claims (6)
- 出力電力が変動する発電装置と、前記発電装置の出力電力の変動を補償する、二次電池、及び前記二次電池の充放電を制御する双方向変換器を有する電力貯蔵補償装置とを備えた、電力系統へ電力を供給する連系システムの前記二次電池の電力を制御する方法であって、
前記二次電池には、前記二次電池の温度を直接検知する温度検知部が付設されており、
前記温度検知部で検知した前記二次電池の温度が、予め設定した設定温度を超えた場合に、前記双方向変換器により前記二次電池の最大放電電力を制限し、
前記二次電池が、複数の単電池を有する複数台のモジュール電池で構成されたものであり、
前記温度検知部が、複数台の前記モジュール電池のそれぞれに直接付設されているとともに、検知した温度のうちの最高温度を、前記二次電池の温度として抽出し、
前記設定温度が、制限する前記二次電池の最大放電電力を、高温になるに従って10℃刻みで段階的に20%ずつ低下させるように複数段階に設定されている二次電池の電力制御方法。 - 前記二次電池の最大放電電力を制限するリミッタ条件を、デジタル情報として、前記温度検知部から前記双方向変換器へと送る請求項1に記載の二次電池の電力制御方法。
- 前記二次電池の最大放電電力を制限するリミッタ条件を、アナログ情報として、前記温度検知部から前記双方向変換器へと送る請求項1に記載の二次電池の電力制御方法。
- 抽出した前記最高温度のアナログ値を、前記温度検知部から前記双方向変換器へと送り、
送られた前記最高温度のアナログ値に応じて、前記双方向変換器により前記二次電池の最大放電電力を制限する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池の電力制御方法。 - 前記二次電池が、ナトリウム−硫黄電池である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池の電力制御方法。
- 前記発電装置が、風力、太陽光、及び地熱からなる群より選択される少なくとも一種の自然エネルギーを用いた自然エネルギー発電装置である請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池の電力制御方法。
