Claims (7)
- 同軸的または互いに平行に配置された第1入力軸及び第2入力軸と、この両入力軸と平行に配置された第1副軸及び第2副軸と、前記第1入力軸と同軸的に後方に延びるように配置された出力軸と、原動機により回転駆動される駆動軸の回転を前記第1入力軸に伝達する第1クラッチ及び前記駆動軸の回転を前記第2入力軸に伝達する第2クラッチを有するデュアルクラッチと、前記第1副軸の回転を常に前記出力軸に伝達する最終伝達ギヤ対よりなる歯車変速装置において、
前記第1入力軸と前記出力軸を離脱可能に連結する第1切換クラッチと、
前記第2入力軸に固定された駆動ギヤ、前記第1副軸に回転自在に設けられたアイドルギヤ及び前記第2副軸に回転自在に設けられた被駆動ギヤよりなる後進ギヤ列と、前記第2入力軸に固定された駆動ギヤ及び前記第2副軸に回転自在に設けられた被駆動ギヤよりなる前進ギヤ対と、前記第2副軸に設けられて前記後進ギヤ列と前記前進ギヤ対の各被駆動ギヤを前記第2副軸に選択的に連結する第2切換クラッチよりなり、前記第2入力軸に入力された駆動力を複数の変速比で前記第2副軸に伝達する第1歯車変速機構と、
前記第1及び第2入力軸と前記第1副軸の間に設けられた変速比が互いに異なる複数の前進ギヤ対を有し、この複数の前進ギヤ対を介して前記第1及び第2入力軸と前記第1副軸を選択的に連結して前記第1及び第2入力軸に入力された駆動力を複数の変速比で前記第1副軸に伝達する第2歯車変速機構と、
前記第1入力軸と前記第2副軸の間に設けられてこの両軸を常時連結する中間伝達ギヤ対を備え、
前記第1歯車変速機構のうちの前記第2入力軸と第1副軸の間に設けられた後進ギヤ列の駆動ギヤ及びアイドルギヤと、前記第2歯車変速機構のうちの前記第2入力軸と第1副軸の間に設けられた前進ギヤ対とは、同一のものを共用した
ことを特徴とする歯車変速装置。 - 請求項1に記載の歯車変速装置において、前記第1入力軸は筒状の前記第2入力軸を同軸的かつ回転自在に貫通するように設けたことを特徴とする歯車変速装置。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の歯車変速装置において、前記第2歯車変速機構は、前記第2入力軸と前記第1副軸の間に設けられた第3歯車変速機構と、前記第1入力軸と前記第1副軸の間に設けられた第4歯車変速機構よりなり、前記第3歯車変速機構は2組の前進ギヤ対と第3切換クラッチよりなり前記第2入力軸と第1副軸の間で変速比を2段に切り換えて回転を伝達する2段変速機構とし、前記第1歯車変速機構の後進ギヤ列の駆動ギヤ及びアイドルギヤと前記第3歯車変速機構の一方の前進ギヤ対とは同一のものを共用し、前記第3歯車変速機構の他方の前進ギヤ対の駆動ギヤと前記第1歯車変速機構の前進ギヤ対の駆動ギヤとは同一のものを共用した
ことを特徴とする歯車変速装置。 - 請求項3に記載の歯車変速装置において、前記第4歯車変速機構は2個の前進ギヤ対と第4切換クラッチよりなり前記第1入力軸と第1副軸の間で変速比を2段に切り換えて回転を伝達する2段変速機構であることを特徴とする歯車変速装置。
- 請求項3または請求項4に記載の歯車変速装置において、前記第2歯車変速機構は前記第1入力軸に回転自在に設けられた駆動ギヤと前記第1副軸に固定された被駆動ギヤよりなる前進ギヤ対をさらに有し、前記第1切換クラッチは前記第1入力軸の回転をこの前進ギヤ対の駆動ギヤと前記出力軸に選択的に伝達することを特徴とする歯車変速装置。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の歯車変速装置において、前記第2歯車変速機構は、前記第1入力軸に固定された駆動ギヤ及び前記第1副軸に回転自在に設けられた被駆動ギヤよりなる第1の前進ギヤ対と、前記第2入力軸に固定された駆動ギヤ及び前記第1副軸に回転自在に設けられた被駆動ギヤよりなる第2の前進ギヤ対と、前記第1副軸に設けられて前記第1及び第2の前進ギヤ対の各被駆動ギヤを前記第1副軸に選択的に連結する第5切換クラッチよりなることを特徴とする歯車変速装置。
- 請求項6に記載の歯車変速装置において、前記第2歯車変速機構は前記第1入力軸に回転自在に設けられた駆動ギヤと前記第1副軸に固定された被駆動ギヤよりなる前進ギヤ対をさらに有し、前記第1切換クラッチは前記第1入力軸の回転をこの前進ギヤ対の駆動ギヤと前記出力軸に選択的に伝達することを特徴とする歯車変速装置。
