Description
Claims (16)
- 通信システムにおける2つの端末間の直接通信のためのリソースを決定する方法であって、
前記2つの端末間の直接通信に使用するためにセルラー通信システムのアップリンク周波数リソースを決定するステップと、
前記セルラー通信システム上の直接通信によって引き起こされる干渉を最小化するために1次送信電力上限値を決定するステップと、
前記決定された1次送信電力上限値以内の送信電力及び前記アップリンク周波数リソースを用いて前記2つの端末間の直接通信を遂行するステップと、を含み、
前記2つの端末が前記1次送信電力上限値内で前記直接通信を遂行しない場合に、P2P(Peer-to-Peer)通信のために使用される2次送信電力上限値を基地局に要求するステップと、
前記2次送信電力上限値が前記基地局から受信されると、前記2次送信電力上限値内で前記アップリンク周波数リソースを用いて前記直接通信を遂行するステップと
をさらに有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記アップリンク周波数リソースは、前記2つの端末間の直接通信と、前記基地局と前記2つの端末のうちの少なくとも一つとの間のセルラー通信に同時に使われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1次送信電力上限値は、前記2つの端末のうちの少なくとも一つと基地局との間の距離、受信電力、干渉レベル、最大送信電力、及び占有リソースサイズのうち少なくとも一つにより決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アップリンク周波数リソースを決定するステップは、前記基地局が、許可可能な干渉レベル、セルラー通信使用リソース占有度、セル内の端末数、及び前記基地局と各端末との間の距離、のうち少なくとも一つによってパラメータを決定するステップを有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記基地局が、前記決定されたアップリンク周波数リソースに関する情報を前記セル内の端末にブロードキャストするステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記1次送信電力上限値を決定するステップは、
基地局が、前記セルラー通信使用リソース占有度、セル内の端末数、及び前記基地局と前記2つの端末のうちの少なくとも一つとの距離のうち少なくとも一つにより、許可可能な干渉レベルに関連した制御値を決定するステップと、
前記基地局が、前記制御値を前記セル内の端末にブロードキャストするステップと、
前記直接通信を遂行する各端末が、前記制御値、前記基地局と各端末との間の距離、受信電力、干渉レベル、最大送信電力、及び占有リソースサイズのうち少なくとも一つのパラメータを追加的に考慮して前記1次送信電力上限値を決定するステップと、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記直接通信を遂行するステップは、
前記アップリンク周波数リソースを、基地局によって使用されるアップリンク周波数リソース分割方式と同一の方法によって分割し、当該分割されたアップリンク周波数リソースに対して前記直接通信に使用される複数のホッピングパターンを決定するステップと、
前記複数のホッピングパターンから選択されたパターンに関して前記直接通信を遂行する一つ以上のターゲット端末に通知するステップと、
前記選択されたパターンによる周波数リソースを用いて前記直接通信を遂行するステップと、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記直接通信を遂行するステップは、
前記アップリンク周波数リソースを、基地局によって使用されるセルラー通信のアップリンク周波数リソース分割方式と異なる方法によって分割し、該分割されたリソースを使用して前記直接通信を遂行するステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 通信システムにおける2つの端末間の直接通信のために使用されるリソースを決定するための装置であって、 セルラー通信システムのアップリンク周波数リソースが前記2つの端末間の直接通信に使用される場合に、前記セルラー通信システムの直接通信によって引き起こされる干渉を最小化するために1次送信電力上限値を決定し、前記決定された1次送信電力上限値内で前記アップリンク周波数リソースが前記2つの端末間の通信リソースとして使用されるように決定するデバイスを含み、
前記2つの端末は、前記1次送信電力上限値内で前記直接通信を遂行しない場合に、前記2つの端末のうち少なくとも一つは、前記2つの端末間の通信に使用される2次送信電力上限値を要求するメッセージを基地局に送信し、
前記2つの端末のうち少なくとも一つが前記基地局から前記2次送信電力上限値を受信すると、前記2つの端末は、前記2次送信電力上限値内で前記アップリンク周波数リソースを用いて前記直接通信を遂行することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記アップリンク周波数リソースは、前記2つの端末間の直接通信と、基地局と前記2つの端末のうちの少なくとも一つとの間のセルラー通信のために同時に使用されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記1次送信電力上限値は、前記2つの端末のうちの少なくとも一つと基地局との間の距離、受信電力、干渉レベル、最大送信電力、及び占有リソースサイズのうち少なくとも一つによって決定されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記基地局が、許可可能な干渉レベル、セルラー通信使用リソース占有度、セル内の端末数、及び前記基地局と各端末との間の距離、のうち少なくとも一つによって前記アップリンク周波数リソースを決定することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記基地局は、前記アップリンク周波数リソースに関する情報を前記セル内の端末にブロードキャストすることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 基地局は、前記セルラー通信使用リソース占有度、前記セル内の端末の数、及び当該基地局と各端末との間の距離のうち少なくとも一つによって、許可可能な干渉レベルに関連した制御値を決定し、前記セル内の端末に前記制御値をブロードキャストし、
前記直接通信を遂行する各端末は、前記制御値と、前記基地局と各端末との間の距離、受信電力、干渉レベル、最大送信電力、及び占有リソースサイズのうち少なくとも一つのパラメータを追加的に考慮して前記1次送信電力上限値を決定することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。 - 前記デバイスは、
基地局によって使用されるアップリンク周波数リソースの分割方式と同一の方法によって前記アップリンク周波数リソースを分割し、当該分割されたアップリンク周波数リソースに対して前記直接通信に使用される複数のホッピングパターンを決定し、前記複数のホッピングパターンから選択されたパターンに関して前記直接通信を遂行する一つ以上のターゲット端末に通知し、前記選択されたパターンによる周波数リソースを用いて前記直接通信を遂行することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。 - 前記デバイスは、
基地局によって使用されるセルラー通信のアップリンク周波数リソースの分割方式と異なる方法によって前記アップリンク周波数リソースを分割し、当該分割されたアップリンク周波数リソースを使用して前記直接通信を遂行することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
