Claims (3)
- 原料が穀類であって、
前記原料を粉砕する粉砕工程と、
前記原料を粉砕して得た粉と混合液とを、前記粉と前記混合液との総量に対して、前記混合液の割合を40%〜50%として混合撹拌する混合撹拌工程と、
混合撹拌工程後に造粒を行うための造粒工程と、
造粒した前記原料の表面をα化するための表面α化工程と、
表面α化工程後に前記原料の表面を乾燥させるための乾燥工程と、
から構成され、
前記粉砕工程に、粒径が約300μm〜約600μmの大きい粉を得る工程と粒径が120μm以下の小さい粉を得る工程とを設け、前記大きい粉と前記小さい粉とを、前記大きい粉の割合を、大きい粉と小さい粉との総量に対して、5%〜30%として配合することを特徴とする造粒米の製造方法。 - 原料の穀類が、白米、玄米、胚芽米、屑米、被害粒及び砕粒のうち1種若しくは2種以上の混合物か、又はこれらと糠との混合物である請求項1に記載の造粒米の製造方法。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の製造方法で製造された造粒米。
