Claims (6)
- 流体の供給を蓄積するように構成されたタンク(114)と、
タンク(114)と流体連通する加圧流体源(112)と、
加圧流体源(112)と流体連通する油圧シリンダ(128)と、
加圧流体源(112)と流体連通する油圧モータ(160)と、
流体のリターン流を油圧シリンダ(128)からタンク(114)へ送るように構成された第1流体リターンライン(158)と、
流体のリターン流を油圧モータ(160)からタンク(114)へ送るように構成された第2流体リターンライン(130)と、
前記第2流体リターンライン(130)内に配置されたチェック弁(172)と、該第2流体リターンライン(130)内の流体圧力の大きさを制御するように構成された比例減圧弁(174)とを備え、該第2流体リターンライン(130)内の流体圧力の大きさを選択的に調整するための圧力制御手段(170)と、
前記加圧流体源(112)と前記油圧シリンダ(128)との間の流体の流れを制御するとともに、該油圧シリンダ(128)から前記第1流体リターンライン(158)への流体の流れを制御するように構成された第1組の独立計量弁(102)と、
前記加圧流体源(112)と前記油圧モータ(160)との間の流体の流れを制御するとともに、該油圧モータ(160)から前記第2流体リターンライン(130)への流体の流れを制御するように構成された第2組の独立計量弁(106)と、
前記油圧モータ(160)の動作特性に基づいて前記圧力制御手段(170)を調整することにより前記第2流体リターンライン(130)内の流体圧力の大きさを調整するように構成された制御装置(180)と、を備え、
前記加圧流体源(112)が、第1ポンプ(116)と第2ポンプ(118)とを含む液圧システム。 - 請求項1に記載の液圧システム(100)を備える作業機械(200)。
- 油圧シリンダ(128)および油圧モータ(160)に第1のポンプ(116)および第2のポンプ(118)からの加圧流体を供給することと、
前記油圧シリンダ(128)から第1リターンラインを介してタンク(114)へ流体のリターン流を送ることと、
前記油圧モータ(160)から第2リターンライン(130)を介してタンク(114)へ流体のリターン流を送ることと、
前記第2リターンライン(130)内の流体圧力の大きさを選択的に調整するために、第2リターンライン(130)内に配置された圧力制御装置(170)であって、前記第2リターンライン(130)内に配置されたチェック弁(172)と、該第2リターンライン(130)内の流体圧力の大きさを制御するように構成された比例減圧弁(174)とを備えた圧力制御装置(170)を、前記油圧モータ(160)の動作特性に基づいて該圧力制御手段(170)を調整するようにした制御装置(180)により、調整することと、
を含む、作業機械上の液圧システムを制御する方法。 - 前記油圧モータ(160)への流体の流れを制御することによって旋回アセンブリ(204)の動きを制御することと、
旋回アセンブリ(204)の動作の変化に応じて圧力制御装置(170)を調整することと、をさらに含む、請求項3記載の方法。 - 第1牽引装置(208)に関連する第2油圧モータ(162)の動作の変化と第2牽引装置(208)に関連する第3油圧モータ(164)の動作の変化とに応じて、圧力制御装置(170)を調整することをさらに含む請求項4記載の方法。
- 第2リターンライン(130)を通る流体流量の低下に応じて第2リターンライン(130)内の流体圧力の大きさを増大させることと、
第2リターンライン(130)を通る流体流量の増大に応じて第2リターンライン(130)内の流体圧力の大きさを低下させることと、
をさらに含む請求項5記載の方法。
