Description
Claims (4)
- 電気機器の電源として用いられる電池パックであって、
複数の電池モジュールが直列接続されて成る電池モジュール群と、
その電池モジュール群に接続され、その電池モジュール群の充電を制御するメインコントローラと
を含み、
各電池モジュールは、
複数の電池セルが接続されて成る電池セル群と、
その電池セル群に接続され、その電池セル群の充電を制御するモジュールコントローラと
を含み、
当該電池パックは、さらに、
前記電池モジュール群の直流電圧を交流電圧に変換する放電制御回路を含み、
前記メインコントローラは、前記複数の電池モジュールに対応する複数のモジュールコントローラのうちの少なくとも1個が充電を停止したか否かを判定し、その少なくとも1個のモジュールコントローラが充電を停止したと判定すると、充電を停止していない他のモジュールコントローラに対して充電の停止を指示する電池パック。 - 各モジュールコントローラは、対応する電池モジュール内の複数の電池セルのうちの少なくとも1個についての電圧と温度と電流とのうちの少なくとも1つに基づき、充電を停止することが必要であるか否かを判定し、充電を停止することが必要であると判定すると、充電を停止する請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 電気機器の電源として用いられる電池パックであって、
複数の電池モジュールが直列接続されて成る電池モジュール群と、
その電池モジュール群に接続され、その電池モジュール群の放電を制御するメインコントローラと
を含み、
各電池モジュールは、
複数の電池セルが接続されて成る電池セル群と、
その電池セル群に接続され、その電池セル群の放電を制御するモジュールコントローラと
を含み、
当該電池パックは、さらに、
前記電池モジュール群の直流電圧を交流電圧に変換する放電制御回路を含み、
前記メインコントローラは、前記複数の電池モジュールに対応する複数のモジュールコントローラのうちの少なくとも1個が放電を停止したか否かを判定し、その少なくとも1個のモジュールコントローラが放電を停止したと判定すると、放電を停止していない他のモジュールコントローラに対して放電の停止を指示する電池パック。 - 各モジュールコントローラは、対応する電池モジュール内の複数の電池セルのうちの少なくとも1個についての電圧と温度と電流とのうちの少なくとも1つに基づき、放電を停止することが必要であるか否かを判定し、放電を停止することが必要であると判定すると、放電を停止する請求項3に記載の電池パック。
