Description
前記電動式膨張弁は、駆動弁を開閉する2相ユニポーラ式ステッピングモータ方式であり、前記ステッピングモータは、ステータの二つのコイルを備え、前記一方のコイルはコイル相をφ1、φ3の2相とし、他方のコイルはコイル相をφ2、φ4の2相とし、前記コイル相φ1、φ2、φ3、φ4へ制御回路装置からパルス信号が供給されて、ロータがステップ回転して前記駆動弁を開閉する構成であり、
前記駆動弁は動作しないが前記電動式膨張弁を加温状態とする加温モードとして、前記コイル相φ1、φ2、φ3、φ4の通電状態を、前記コイル相φ1、φ2、φ3、φ4の全てに連続通電した100%通電状態と、前記コイル相φ1、φ2、φ3、φ4の選択された3個のコイル相に連続通電した75%通電状態と、前記コイル相φ1、φ2、φ3、φ4の選択された2個のコイル相に連続通電した50%通電状態と、前記コイル相φ1、φ2、φ3、φ4の選択された1個のコイル相に連続通電した25%通電状態とに設定可能であることを特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- 圧縮機で圧縮された二酸化炭素冷媒が、放熱器で放熱された後、電動式膨張弁を経て冷却庫内を冷却するための蒸発器(冷却器)で蒸発し、前記圧縮機の圧縮部へ帰還する冷媒回路を構成し、
前記電動式膨張弁は、駆動弁を開閉する2相ユニポーラ式ステッピングモータ方式であり、前記ステッピングモータは、ステータの二つのコイルを備え、前記一方のコイルはコイル相をφ1、φ3の2相とし、他方のコイルはコイル相をφ2、φ4の2相とし、前記コイル相φ1、φ2、φ3、φ4へ制御回路装置からパルス信号が供給されて、ロータがステップ回転して前記駆動弁を開閉する構成であり、
前記駆動弁は動作しないが前記電動式膨張弁を加温状態とする加温モードとして、前記コイル相φ1、φ2、φ3、φ4の通電状態を、前記コイル相φ1、φ2、φ3、φ4の全てに連続通電した100%通電状態と、前記コイル相φ1、φ2、φ3、φ4の選択された3個のコイル相に連続通電した75%通電状態と、前記コイル相φ1、φ2、φ3、φ4の選択された2個のコイル相に連続通電した50%通電状態と、前記コイル相φ1、φ2、φ3、φ4の選択された1個のコイル相に連続通電した25%通電状態とに設定可能であることを特徴とする冷却貯蔵庫。
