Description
Claims (9)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンに供給する空気量を調節するスロットルバルブと、
操作子と、
前記操作子の操作量を検出する操作量検出装置と、
前記操作量検出装置が検出する検出値に応じて前記スロットルバルブを開閉駆動させるモータと、
前記スロットルバルブの開度を検出するスロットル開度検出装置と、
前記スロットルバルブの正規のスロットル開度制御が行えない異常が生じたときに、前記スロットルバルブの開度を機械的中立位置に維持するリンプホーム機構と、
前記異常の発生によりスロットルバルブの開度が機械的中立位置になったときに、前記エンジンの点火時期が基本点火時期θ1に設定される通常点火時期制御から、前記エンジンの点火時期が前記スロットルバルブの開度が機械的中立位置になったときの吸入空気量に応じたリンプホーム点火時期θ2に設定されるリンプホーム点火時期制御に、前記エンジンの点火時期の制御を切り替える点火時期制御装置と、
前記リンプホーム点火時期θ2が前記基本点火時期θ1よりも小さいときに、前記点火時期制御装置による点火時期の制御が、通常点火時期制御からリンプホーム点火時期制御に切り替わるとき、所定の周期を設けて前記点火時期制御を2段階に変更させ、初期段階では次段階よりも短い期間でかつ補正値が大きな処理を行う点火時期制御変更手段とを
備えたことを特徴とするエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記異常の発生によりスロットルバルブの開度が機械的中立位置になったときに、前記エンジンに供給する燃料の噴射制御を、通常燃料噴射制御から、前記スロットルバルブの開度が機械的中立位置になったときの吸入空気量に応じたリンプホーム燃料噴射制御に切り替える燃料噴射制御装置と、前記燃料噴射制御装置による燃料の噴射制御が、通常燃料噴射制御からリンプホーム燃料噴射制御に切り替わるときに、所定の周期を設けて前記燃料噴射制御を段階的に変更させる燃料噴射制御変更手段とを備えた請求項1に記載のエンジンの制御装置。
- 前記異常が発生してから、前記点火時期制御装置による点火時期の制御がリンプホーム点火時期制御になっている間は、前記燃料噴射制御装置および前記点火時期制御装置によるエンジンの加速補正を禁止するようにした請求項2に記載のエンジンの制御装置。
- 前記異常が発生したときの前記スロットルバルブの開度が前記機械的中立位置のスロットル開度よりも小さい場合の前記通常点火時期制御からリンプホーム点火時期制御への切り替えが、点火時期を遅角制御することによって行われる請求項1ないし3のうちのいずれか一つに記載のエンジンの制御装置。
- 前記エンジンが停止してから所定時間は通電可能にし、その間に前記異常の検出ができるようにした請求項1ないし4のうちのいずれか一つに記載のエンジンの制御装置。
- 前記異常が発生して前記スロットルバルブの開閉制御ができなくなったときに、前記モータへの通電を遮断して、前記スロットルバルブの開度を前記機械的中立位置にする請求1ないし5のうちのいずれか一つに記載のエンジンの制御装置。
- 前記操作量検出装置の検出値と前記スロットル開度検出装置の検出値との差が所定値を超えたときに、異常が生じたと判定する請求項1ないし6のうちのいずれか一つに記載のエンジンの制御装置。
- 前記スロットル開度検出装置が、2個の開度センサで構成され、前記2個の開度センサの検出値の差が所定値を超えたときに、異常が生じたと判定する請求項1ないし6のうちのいずれか一つに記載のエンジンの制御装置。
- 水ジェット推進艇に設けられている請求項1ないし8のうちのいずれか一つに記載のエンジンの制御装置。
