Description
【0001】

A compressor used in an air conditioner or the like obtains power from a driving source, compresses a refrigerant, and discharges a high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant to a condenser. The compression mechanism for compressing the refrigerant provided in the compression chamber requires lubricating oil for protecting the sliding portion, and lubrication of the compression mechanism is achieved by including the lubricating oil in the refrigerant.
The amount of lubricating oil contained in the refrigerant should be large for lubrication, but since the lubricating oil circulating with the refrigerant does not contribute to refrigeration, it has a negative effect on the cooling performance. Less is better. Therefore, an oil separator that separates the lubricating oil from the refrigerant is provided inside the compressor.

That is, as shown in FIG. 6, since the
[0008]
Further, the
[0009]
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and it aims at providing the compressor provided with the oil separator which reduced complication of the housing shape and was reduced in weight.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems.
The invention according to
[0011]
With such a configuration, the oil separator formed in a part of the compressor housing is inserted into an oil separator fixing hole formed in the housing as a separate component from the housing. become. The housing is cast and molded so as to have a space for providing an oil separator and an oil separator fixing hole.
[0012]
A second aspect of the present invention is the compressor according to the first aspect, wherein the inner cylinder is integrally formed with the outer cylinder bent inward.
[0013]
With such a configuration, the oil separator is formed in a shape in which the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder are integrally molded. The formed oil separator is inserted into the oil separator fixing hole of the housing at the upper end portion of the outer cylinder.
[0014]
Invention of
The hole portion is formed by bending a part of the outer cylinder inward.
[0015]
With such a configuration, a part of the wall surface of the outer cylinder is bent inward, and the flow direction of the refrigerant is guided by the directionality of the bent wall surface. In addition, the wall surface formed by bending includes a shape that is bent by being pushed into one plane or a bag shape.
Further, it is preferable that the bending angle is such that the inserted refrigerant does not directly collide with the inner cylinder. The position and size of the hole are determined by the arrangement and capacity of the compression chamber.
[0016]
The invention according to
[0017]
With such a configuration, an outer cylinder having an outer diameter that is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the oil separator fixing hole is press-fitted into the oil separator fixing hole and fixed. It is preferable to provide two fixing positions of the outer cylinder in the press-fitting, for example, at the lower end portion inserted first and the upper end portion contacting the oil separator fixing hole later. Therefore, the contact portion between the inner wall of the oil separator fixing hole and the outer wall of the outer cylinder, and the inner wall of the oil separator fixing hole inside the housing and the outer wall of the outer cylinder are fixed. Moreover, the adhesiveness of the contact part of the inner wall of an oil separator fixing hole and the outer wall of an outer cylinder becomes high, and the leak of a liquid or gas is eliminated.
[0018]
The invention according to
[0019]
With this configuration, when the outer cylinder is inserted into the oil separator fixing hole and press-fitted, the central axis of the outer cylinder overlaps with the central axis of the oil separator fixing hole, and the oil separator is fixed. An equal force is applied to the hole and it is pressed in smoothly.
Further, the end portion of the outer cylinder inserted earlier during the insertion is guided and press-fitted into the oil separator fixing hole inside the housing.
[0020]
A sixth aspect of the present invention is the compressor according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, wherein the compressor is a scroll compressor.
[0021]
By setting it as such a structure, the scroll compressor which has an oil separator with which the oil separator and the housing were comprised separately will be formed.
[0022]

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the following effects according to the present invention are obtained.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the compressor housing and the oil separator are separate components, and the structure in which the oil separator is fixed to the housing can reduce the complexity of the housing shape. It is possible to reduce the weight and cost of the machine.
[0048]
According to the invention described in
[0049]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the configuration in which the hole into which the refrigerant is fed is formed in a shape in which the wall surface of the outer cylinder is bent inwardly leads to an accurate directionality of the refrigerant and the light weight of the housing. Therefore, the weight of the compressor can be reduced.
[0050]
According to the invention described in
[0051]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the end of the outer cylinder of the oil separator is tapered, an oil separator that can be easily and quickly assembled can be formed in the compressor.
