Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a compressor that lubricates a compression mechanism by sucking lubricating oil together with a fluid, and is effective when applied to a refrigeration cycle or a heat pump.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a compressor used in a refrigeration cycle or a heat pump lubricates a compression mechanism by sucking lubricating oil (refrigerating machine oil) together with a refrigerant, and lubricates the lubricating oil from the discharged refrigerant by an oil separator provided on the discharge side. And the separated lubricating oil is returned to the suction side, while the refrigerant is discharged toward the external pipe connected to the inflow side of the condensation.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in an oil separator that centrifuges refrigerant and lubricating oil by swirling the refrigerant flowing into the separation chamber along the inner wall surface of the separation chamber, generally, a pipe member (joint separator) formed by die casting is used. Inserted into the separation chamber.
As described above, in the conventional product in which the pipe member is molded by die casting, the discharge port is located outside the separation chamber from the outer wall surface of the housing, so the space near the discharge port is small and the external piping can be handled freely. There was a problem that it was difficult to mount external piping.
[0005]
An object of this invention is to improve the mounting property of the external piping with respect to a compressor in view of the said point.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention uses the following technical means. According to the first to third aspects of the present invention, the fluid discharged from the compression mechanism (110) flows in, and the separation chamber (141) and the separation chamber (141) in which the circumferential inner wall surface (141a) is formed. And a pipe member (142) extending in the axial direction of the inner wall surface (141a ), and fluid flowing into the separation chamber (141) is connected to the pipe member (142) and the inner wall surface (141a). An oil separator (140) for centrifuging the lubricating oil from the fluid by swirling between
An external pipe is inserted and connected to one end of the pipe member (142) in the axial direction, and a joint portion (107) having a larger inner diameter than the other end is formed.
Furthermore, the joint part (107) is located inside the separation chamber (141) from the outer wall surface of the housing (105) .
[0010]
As described above, since the joint part (107) into which the external pipe is inserted and connected is located inside the separation chamber (141), the discharge port is located on the outside of the separation chamber from the outer wall surface of the housing as in the conventional product. Compared to the above, the degree of freedom of handling of the external piping is large, and the mountability of the external piping can be improved.
Furthermore, in the invention according to claim 1 , a flange portion extending from the joint portion (107) to the outer wall surface of the housing (105) is formed on one end side in the axial direction of the pipe member (142).
With the gasket (143) disposed on the outer wall surface side of the housing (105) sealed between the outer wall surface of the housing (105) and the flange portion, the flange portion is fixed to the housing (105) with a bolt. It is characterized by.
Thereby, between the housing (105) and a pipe member (142) can be sealed reliably, and a pipe member (142) can be fixed to a housing (105).
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the compressor according to the first aspect , the pipe member (142) is formed into a pipe shape having a joint portion (107) and a flange portion by pressing a metal thin plate material. It is characterized by being.
Thereby, since machining such as cutting can be omitted, the number of manufacturing steps can be reduced as compared with the case where the pipe member is formed by casting such as die casting. Further, since the pipe member (142) is formed by pressing the thin metal plate material, there is no need to consider the minimum thickness and draft, and the thickness of the pipe member (142) is reduced. be able to.
Therefore, the pressure loss in the pipe member (142) can be reduced, and the gap between the pipe member (142) and the inner wall surface (141a) of the separation chamber (141) can be enlarged. As a result, the lubricating oil can be sufficiently centrifuged while preventing the compressor discharge pressure from being lowered, and the manufacturing cost of the compressor can be reduced.
Incidentally, the reference numerals in parentheses of each means described above are an example showing the correspondence with the specific means described in the embodiments described later.
